I am soooo HAPPY with the way I was taken care of. My
iPhone 14 Pro Max back screen broke to the extent that my camera didn't work either. They were reasonably charging me considering that I didn't have AppleCare at the time. I had to go twice, the first time to pick up my phone after the back screen was fixed.. & the second time because my camera did not work properly.. explained to them that the camera was working prior to me bringing it to their shop and they HAPPILY FIXED IT at no cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This place never answers the phone nor are they ever open. Ever since they changed the name to fixaphone2 never was the same experience.

If I can give this review a 0 star I would certainly do that. I came into the store 3 weeks ago with a cracked screen on my Apple Watch Series 4. Upon the initial inspection and questions, the guy said that it would be $130 to replace the screen since the watch was still working fine except with a cracked screen. I agreed with the price and left my apple watch with them. They said it would take only 1 business day but it turned out to be 3 business days. That wasn't the worst part rest assured.

After picking up my watch, I inspected it and I noticed that they didn't do a good job. You can see all the plastics and rubbers that covered the watch. On top of that, I asked them if it's good for swimming since that was the main reason why I bought the watch in the first place. They said it should be fine. FYI, they also use Chinese replacement screens hence the price is significantly cheaper than what you would get at an Apple store.

The watch was doing fine afterward. But then guess what, after my first time using for my swim session, it went DEAD immediately. My thought was that maybe because it was out of battery. NO IT'S DEAD. I tried to turn it on and it was impossible. I tapped the screen multiple times and it didn't work. I squeezed the screen pretty hard and guess what I saw. Water was coming from the actual watch. I was extremely shocked since Apple Watch is water-resistant.

I called them earlier today and explained that happened to my Apple Watch. They were so rude and not helpful at all. They repeatedly said that "Oh we told you that it would no longer be water-resistant." Mind you that was the only reason why I would go in and fix the screen so I can use it to count my laps and calories during my workout. All and all it was a terrible experience. If they had told me that before, I would not even bother to fix the screen since the apple watch itself was fine even with a cracked screen.

As a Vietnamese person, I'm ashamed that this is the type of business my people are offering. They didn't even try to apologize and provide a solution to help. Instead, they pushed the responsibility and told me that they explicitly explained that earlier.

I'm now with a dead Apple Watch that will cost me more to fix after this mess. As if I should have just bought a new Apple Watch 6 or gone to Apple Watch and pay the price.

My advice for anyone is reading this would GO TO APPLE STORE AND GET YOUR STUFFS FIX. Don't go to places like this for a cheaper price and end up with a headache. My experience was bad and costly and I hope you won't have to ever encounter that.

Got my iPhone11 Pro screen fixed in less than 20 minutes. Had my cracked my screen and they fixed it on a Sunday. Remember that you may have to pay by cash.

A friend highly recommended FixAPhone for phone repairs. My phone screen was shattered from one end to the other, due to a fall resulting in slamming my phone on a hard surface.. The gentleman that was going to do the repairs advises that my battery seemed to be swollen and may need to be replace so that was going to be another fee. After he took my phone to the back room to work on getting it repair he realized the battery was in great condition. I appreciate the honesty and the spare of another cost. This place did an awesome job getting my phone repair to new at an affordable price. They were able to fix it in a timely matter so the wait was short. Their work is excellent of great quality. My phone looks new again! I highly recommend this place!

These guys are great. I needed to replace the OLED screen on my Samsung Galaxy S10+, they gave the best quote and had it fixed in the stated time, an hour and a half. My phone is as good as new, I definitely would recommend them.

I got a Ifixit kit from a local store and had issues putting my iPhone 5 back together.

I contacted them on yelp and the owner helped me out and I came to the store this morning and they put my phone back together the correct way, I tried a couple times and couldn't get the connector for the display and digitizer ans home button.

I handed them my phone and the employees fixed it with in literally 3 mins as to if took my 1 hour to take it apart and several attempts later to put it together took 3 hours lol. And only took them a couple minutes.

That's super fast, anyways in the future I'll definitely come back to Fix a phone when ever I need a new battery for one of my devices or a new screen.

They do some stuff that other places don't such as replacing the motherboard, home button, touch I'd button and ect.

Even unlocking Android phones and if I do have issues with my ifixit battery I'm going back to them and getting one of there OEM battery's for the iPhone 5.

Prices are good and the employees are nice and friendly :D
