Very professional staff and very clean. This is a well maintained nursing facility. The rehab program/team here has many strengths and specialty programs. The private rooms here are probably the largest in the area. I love this building!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating, but that is not an option. The facility is gorgeous, but it's unfortunate that most of the staff is lazy & does not care. They made my mother feel like she was bothering them. Call bells going off continuously at all hours, takes an hour sometimes to have it answered & then you still have to wait & the administration doesn't take anything you say seriously. My mother left there septic because I went in & made the nurse call an ambulance after she had an order 4-5 hours prior saying to transfer her to the hospital. They are only interested in the $. Her room was pathetic, it was like she was stuck in a corner. I feel bad for anyone who stays there. There was a few nice ppl that worked there but they left during the time she stayed & the girls from PT are great. That's about it.

I have had the unfortunate time the past 3 years watching my grandmother live in a nursing home, while I work. I trusted this facility with her care for the past two years. Over the past 6 months I complained about them starving her. My voice of concern was never heard! I spent the last five days watching my grandma lay in her bed for her final days. I was told that we couldn't feed her, that they stopped feeding her. (Which a Hospice RN who visited my grandma this past week, said that was never in her chart to stop feeding her but apparently they stopped feeding her for three weeks now-jerks). But then a sweet nurse (an angel) asked if she could try feeding my grandma. She tried liquids and my grandma took a little bit. I'm so thankful for this kind nurse and the compassion she always showed my grandma! It broke my heart to watch but I promised my grandma I'd be there in her final days so that she would know how loved she was. I feel like I let my grandma down trusting this place. With the exception of about 10 nurses, this place should be shut down, and ran by someone with more compassion and dedication! Don't ever take your family here if you can help it. In honor of my grandmother I will help the sweet residents that are still there. And I will report this place everywhere I can until my voice is heard! This wasn't right and my sweet grandmother didn't deserve to go in this inhumane way! Her heart is still beating but she is no longer there. I feel very confident her soul has left for a greater place and gone home to be with God! Thankfully she isn't suffering!
