Food was really good and fresh! I really enjoyed my shrimp tacos and of course the atmosphere was perfect with the beach view. The waiter and bartender were very nice and even remembered when me and my best friend were there earlier.

Saturday, 6 October 2018 Update:
We went back to meet some out of town friends that were eating here. I ordered the Bahn Mi hotdog and my wife ordered the fried grouper. Both were great. My daughter ordered the kids burger and tried one bite then refused to eat it. Said it tasted salty. I tried it and I still don't like their burgers. The fries are still delicious, but they are so stingy with the quantity. Come on Fish Heads!! Fries are crazy cheap..load them up!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Jul 22, 2018Previous reviewIt's tough to mess up a burger, but these guys figured it out. First and foremost, this place has an awesome location. It's secretly tucked behind The Days Inn and perched high on stilts so you have a great view. It sports your standard beach bar menu from burgers and tacos to some salads.
I ordered a burger and fries and can easily say this burger is the worst on the beach. So disappointed. The fries were thick cut and tasted great, but they are very stingy with portion size. It's a $12 burger, load up the fries! My wife got the Buffalo Chicken salad for $14 and it was the size of a small side salad. She went back and asked if they made a mistake and they said no. Also paid $5 for a Michelob Ultra. Again with the prices...

Cons:
- worst burger on the beach
- high price / small portions
Sorely disappointed with the food. We will go back for location alone, but won't be eating next time.

Boys split the hamburger and we got some chips and dip and had somewhat of a light, but DELICIOUS lunch.
Very nice surprise to have such an excellent choice out of a hotel, much less from a Best Western or Days Inn... can't remember.

Stopping here tonight for dinner by the sea, and we thought why not? Let's give it a try... so, we had a double bacon bbq cheese burger with fries. The salad was okay. Typical greens in a typical green salad. Chicken nachos were tasty, loaded with stuff. I also got a grilled corn on the cob. Plain with just butter was perfect for me. The atmosphere was fun, because it sit just above the children's pool play area. Would I come back again? Probably not, since there are so many other restaurants that are starting to open up again, and I'd like to support the restaurants that are around town. But anywho, thank for the good eats!

And you have no choice because it's outside-only seating. Try the fish or shrimp tacos, you won't be disappointed. Added bonus--homemade salsa that is rich, smoky, and delicious.

Stephanie M.Slidell, LA443Jul 22, 2019What a great place! We were staying next door at The Beach Club and realized we could walk over and access this fun little restaurant from the beach. The food was delicious. Three of us got burgers and fries, one of us got the hotdog, and one of us got the carne asada tacos. We were all very happy with our selections. The french fries were very good, delicious seasoning. One of the best things about the experience was the view! You can't beat it! Our only disappointment was that we didn't discover it until the second to last day of our visit, we would have stopped by multiple times! My husband's family lives in Pensacola so we visit town often and will definitely be back!

Jenifer S.Garden Grove, CA213144Jun 14, 2020For starters, the view is beautiful! Food is fresh and flavorful. The street corn had a great kick of chipotle and was well cooked. I had the shrimp po' boy with fried shrimp. It was HUGE, had a lovely aioli, and was packed with fresh fried shrimp. The shrimp were a good size. The bread is from New Orleans and is traditional po boy bread- so tasty! Grilled with a nice crunch on the inside. It took me a minute to figure out how best to eat it! My recommendation is- just grab it and munch!!
My party also had the shrimp tacos (blackend) and the Asian grouper tacos, both of which were delicious!you certainly don't walk away hungry.
Saved the best for last...

We found this little gem of a restaurant owner stay here and it is beyond the best restaurant we have been to on her entire stay. We are local to Navarre Florida and will definitely be making the commute over here to eat. If you were in the area it's something to definitely check out. Reasonably priced for a lot of food. I made barbecue pork sandwich is to die for. AMAZING VIEWS
