Totally solid insofar as laundromats go. Clean with plenty of available machines, fair price points, free WiFi (decently quick too!), bathroom, parking lot (in the Mission -- wut?!), attendant on site, less sketchy clientele than I've seen at many other spots, and best of all open 24 hours. Only downside is no electrical outlets.
There's a fiesta in my laundromat and everyone's invited!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Teeso S.San Francisco, CA0312Oct 21, 2023
Parking (small lot but I found a spot on sat morning) machines take cards, coin machines, atm. Options for regular loads or turbo loads (says 8 but I'm thinking it's more like 6 big loads, for $15). There's a bathroom, vending machine for soap and snacks. The attendant was ultra helpful and kind. It might be a bit higher priced than some bit it's worth it!
Some older reviews wrongly say no cards but they do take cards. While there aren't tons of comfy seats there are benches, rolly baskets and plenty of places to fold. Its clean (and guys were actively cleaning the machines etc while i was here), good temperature control with big fans, not crowded with big aisle space. One of the best laundromats I've been to.
I got like a full day or 2 of controls laundry at home all washed in 30 minutes with the turbowashers. Now to dry and fold...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angie V.San Francisco, CA01Jan 22, 2024

I was visiting an old friend and helping him with laundry on Saturday.unfortunately we had a terrible experience. The change Machines didn't take $50 bills so I literally walked across the street to the sandwich shop to break the bill, by the time I got back to the laundromat (less then 5 minutes )The worker who was an older Hispanic male was yelling at my friend Frantically about our clothes sitting too In the washer and told us to remove our clothes and leave or he was going to call the police . We already started two loads so we didn't leave, but the whole time there he proceeded to continuously antagonize us the whole time coming out side while we're sitting on the bench threatening my friend To engage in a physical confrontation in front of a woman and her little child. We were told to not to ever come there again quite frankly I feel like he was racially profiling my friend and I. Violence is never the answer! unfortunately my father was killed in an violent event a year ago and I'm Disgusted that an employee had the nerve to do such a thing in front of a child and totally for no apparent good reason. It's also a huge inconvenience the baskets don't go outside to the parking lot Which makes a very hard for people who are Physically handicapped . I will never go there again We spent &100.00 and we were being rushed the whole time there. The worst Saturday ever!!

Long story short, our apartment decided to launder all of the clothes and washable items we owned in one night, so a commercial laundromat was the way to go.
The machines here are gigantic (probably the capacity of 2 dryer loads at home) and get really freaking hot. I'd estimate about 40 dryers and 40 washers each. No wait at all.
Downsides are no chairs for one to sit at, but apparently there's free wi-fi! The laundry cards are a bit frustrating as they don't fit the machines properly and one has to play it a couple times (or find a friend with the magic touch!) in order to get these babies working. Otherwise, you'll end up in machine reset land like me. $1 per 15 minutes of drying, not sure about the wash. The machines are cash only. Open until 2am!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Ronald B.San Francisco, CA023May 31, 2020
The good thing about this place is that it is open 24 hours. If you are in a jam and must wash at an odd hour, this is the place to go.
The downside is that the place is expensive as far as laundromats go in SF. Suppose you just have something you want to dry,for example. At most other places you would toss your item into the dryer, put in a couple of quarters and add money as needed. Not here...They have a wash-card system that ends up being very expensive and wasteful. You have to buy the card and load it and then use the card to pay for the machines, and as I say it gets expensive quickly.
In a pinch, with just a small load, this place is fine. If you have a whole lot of stuff to wash, it will cost you more than you expect or planned on spending.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - John R.Sparks, NV04Oct 7, 2021

So there is a mexican GUY there who Constantly harassed me for the wrong doings I am committing, Like sitting on a counter, Sitting indian style on the bench, and forcing me to pick up laundry dry sheets.
Then I Sliped on some soapish water and fell.
It was bad enough for this to be unprofessional but the WOmen here had more respect to get the job cleaned up then the men.
I know two women in this place and she and I get along very well, along with my mother. BUt him.. That guy.. lets call him ! Pinche Jose ! Doesn't get along with me at all!
Soon I got up and noticed a crowd there to knock on the window, and the employee was behind doing something else, Then someone else knock louder and again he didn't listen, so now everyone was wondering where the guy went, so After putting my clothes in the car I got fed up with this jerk that I BANged the wall with the softest weak point to grab his attention. Afterward, There was a crowd that doesn't seem to want to take the hit but me. I hated this guy and I know he hates me. I told him there's a spill on the floor and he needs to get this job started before someone gets hurt. I would've done the job FOr him but i don't see a mop anywhere.
THen he came close to me and Said something HORseSH!T in Spanish, but I ignored him, so then he think he can get away and talked to my mother and tell me to discipline me.
You think you can get away with this just because of your bigger and tougher then me?
Next time, Please answer the damn knocks because we can't find a bell anywhere and WE can't wait for you to finish your zesty Burrito and private wireless activity watching your Buenos Noches Soap opera!
YOu think this was bad?..
- There was a couple of kids playing in the laundramat with a Rubber ball and he wasn't there to tell them to stop.
- There was a couple of people vaping outside the industry making the laundry smell like a hookah bar!
- People are leaving drinks spilled that no one is willing to put it away.
- Kids are still sitting in the counter, and yet I get blamed for just sitting indian style?.. are you kidding me?
- If your with your mother, and your over 30, he wont talk to you to stop, he will talk to your parent instead to show who the bigger person is
- the guy gets offended if you leave laundry sheets on the floor.
- the guy gets more offended if you bang loud on the wall or window.. how the Hell do you ask for help them if your the only one doing the work?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Patrick L.San Francisco, CA4351Sep 2, 2019
I've been coming here for a while now because they have bigger machines available and in the most recent time I had a problem with the top and bottom dryer machine that took two coins ($1 each = 16 minutes) but only counted the first one. I was supposed to get 32 minutes on each but only got 16 min. I looked for the help and the lady that works there came to me with attitude and acted like it was my fault because the coin was stuck. All I wanted was to get what I paid for but no success. I'm just not going there anymore.

No complaints! They are no longer going by the card system so it's back to old fashioned cash converted to dollar coins. It's clean, there's parking, and tons of machines.
