Nancy Farren supervised my divorce case. Unfortunately her oversight was inefficient and her team failed to request basic documents until the day before my hearing. Additionally, Bulman Dunie changed my representative at trial to an attorney I had never met . Legal cases depend on attention to detail but Nancy Farren and Bulman Dunie appear unable to deliver.

Nancy Farren was the BIA in my case. When a BIA is involved in a case it is the most frightening experience.
I felt that Nancy Farren was dishonest. Nancy Farren ignored my daughters pleas and kept litigation going for over 3 years. My daughter was 10 years old and she never allowed me to so much as send her a card or a gift in over 4 years. Nancy Farren filed a motion opposing reunification during the reunification process when she had no legal mandate....her term had expired and she got away with it. Nancy Farren did everything possible to make sure there was no contact. My ex husband is an oil lobbyist so I could no longer afford to fight for my children. Nancy Farren taunted me in ways that were cruel. My daughter secretly sent me emails begging for contact and Nancy Farren did everything she could to make the situation as complicated as possible. I'm in shock that she is allowed to be around children, let alone represent them. No child should ever go through this. I am hoping by posting my experience it will help others.
