Family Dentistry

This is my kids first dentistry and I hope it never changes. I was never excited to go to the dentist but this place has done a great job not scaring my kids away. My kids are excited to go and they have a good time laughing with the staff.

been going to Dr. K for years now with whole family. Does a great job. I usually don't talk much as I very much dislike getting teeth work done so my conversations are short and sweet. In and Out is the way I like if. But when I do have a question it answered with out hesitation. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other dentists.

Been going here for over ten years, Today I took my family of five kids in for they're 6 month check up only to be greeted by newer staff. The registration forms were different and when I politely asked a question about one of the forms the receptionist couldn't explain it so in frustration she went and got the office manager. The office manager was even more unpleasant than the receptionist and neither one had ever read the form before me to even know what was on it. When I went to the back to get my children to leave the "office manager " followed me and continue to make a big scene just because I politely asked a question about the forms that her or the receptionist couldn't answer. While I spoke to the dental hygienists who both remained calm just as I , and told them that I was leaving with my children because I didn't feel comfortable there anymore because of the way I was treated by the office staff. The "office manager " then yelled at me telling me to be quiet or I would have to leave and she was the office manager (which I was doing anyway.) At this same time the hygienists was also trying to get the "office manager " to let the doctor look at the kids before we left. After that the "office manager" told the hygienists that I needed to leave and take my kids too. Last I checked and was always taught, if you didn't understand something ask questions to get clarification and it is a legal right as well as responsibility for any health care provider to answer and explain any questions that one may have about treatment or the forms that they want an individual to complete regarding treatment. I've worked in healthcare for quite some time and would have never treated a customer/ patient that way because they asked a question about a form. Not only that, the doctor stood there and watched some of it and he said absolutely nothing to me for how I was treated or to the "office manager" for how she acted towards me in front of my children. I know he saw and heard what was going on because I looked him directly in his face. I will never go back to this place and will advise all others to do the same. The doctor let me know in his actions that my business wasn't appreciated nor welcome there. Just ridiculously rude with out a reason at all.

Great dentist office! Very friendly staff and Dr. Krause is EXCELLENT. He is professional, friendly and I love his attention to detail. Best Dentist EVER!
