Eyeglass World

i went eyeglass world in clearwater,fl and order one pair of glasses on monday 11/27/2023 and was told by the rep glasses would be ready on friday,12/01/2023. it is now 01/03/2024 and i still don't have the glasses nor any idea of when i will get them. all i am told is that they are on "back order".
no one from eyeglass world has contacted me for the past two weeks. i have to call them to get another sorry they are on back order.
if you need glasses i strongly urge you to find another provider, anyone other this company!!!!!

I'm very happy with my whole experience in acquiring two new pairs of glasses..I already had a current prescription and went in to see if they offered many styles of frames..I did find some of what they call petite frames for small faces and purchased two pairs..the employee Jon was very helpful with my decisions and details of the order..the price was competitive with other like busineses...
I will definitely use this business again in the future when needed and also recommend them to friends and family.

I go to the Eyeglass World in Clearwater,FL. I have some vision problems & they have been beyond patient & helpful. Manager, Leroy Brown & his staff (I don't recall names) should be commended for their customer service. I recommend Eyeglass World to anyone looking for great customer care.

Came here on a whim after dropping dog off at grooming... very helpful staff! Received eye exam as walk in within 10 minutes on a Friday by the most sweet and delightful optometrist!!!! Also, The lady that helped me pick out glasses was so kind and patient with me and very helpful!!! It was a 2.5 hour stay so you know I was probably the indecisive customer but they were great!!! Highly recommend!

I went to eyeglass world near cleawater mall, was pretty good until my husband and I went to pick up our glasses, customer service at this point was lacking, the clerk did not do anything to check to see if the glasses fit comfortably, look to see if they sat straight, check to see if they needed adjusting, tightening etc. feel like we were rushed out and not given the proper final part of leaving with new glasses.

I only went in there to see if they could fix my sunglasses I bought elsewhere.
I think his name was Jon? But he was extremely kind and he fixed them for free.
He also took time to answer my questions about glasses I was looking for.
I definitely go back there to make my glasses!

Worst eye doctor ever extremely old and rude hated the experience/ he should be retired! I'm never going back I'll take my business to a doctor who cares about patients and isn't rude! Stay away there's plenty of other places to go!

I've been sitting here almost an hour and a half... 3 people have been seen by the doctor before me who came in well after I did
My appointment was at 1015. I arrived at 10am its 1130... NOT happy, I chose to come back to this location due to the fast and gentle doctor. Not today

I broke my glasses. The lenses were ok but the frame was shot. I called a couple of places and they said they could not help Me. Went to a smaller optical store but they didn't have a lot of frames in stock so they couldn't help me. I called Eyeglass World and the we're Willing to help and said come on in to see what they could do. Within one minute of walking in they were trying to find a frame that would match my lens size. They did. I did not have my eye care insurance card with us. At home in Illinois, but since I am retired Military, they were kind enough to give me a nice discount. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Great people.
