Express Towing

This company was contracted to haul my vehicle,instead they drove my vehicle shorted out the fuse box and left my truck sitting in a strangers yard in rural Georgia, would not tell me where it was I had to investigate to find the location in douglas Georgia. I flew there recovered the vehicle had it towed to dodge to be repaired ,the owner of the property said this pos drove my vehicle there and was changing out the pigtail so they could use my vehicle to haul a flat bed trailer with when they shorted out the fuse box,I have it all on video ,please dont use any of kevin bagmanyan or any of his thieves to haul your vehicles

I needed a late night tow on my truck. They were great at giving me an estimated time of pickup and even arrived early. Being a single lady I am always hesitant about being taken advantage of on these types of services. I even had a male friend come over to help out. Turns out I really didn't need it. The driver was very professional and careful with my vehicle. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling them again.

Waited over 2.5 hrs. Never showed. Cancelled, because they could not even give me an estimated arrival time after changing appt time an hour later. Would not recommend these guys

If I could give then zero stars I would. My insurance chose this place to tow my car when it broke down in the freezing cold with my 3 very young children. I wish I would have read the reviews and just cancelled the tow. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they never showed or even let us know they cancelled our tow. My insurance was never informed either until I called back!!!! They lied said they drove by and told me they couldn't tow us because my car was lowered (its not, its stock everything Honda Accord). I waited over an hour past expected time with my kids crying and freezing to call and be told the lie. They never even drove by we were in a open empty parking lot standing in the rain waiting!!!!! Trust me use anyone but these guys and if your insurance chooses them for you, call and cancel asap!!!! I will say MV towing was there in less than 30 mins and were great!

I would like to give it a zero stars and tell you to run as far away from this company is you can't it's a good insurance roadside assistance as a pick up or drop off at a rate for repair facility for an 87-year-old and an 83-year-old husband and wife told thim one hour before they would be there call 10 minutes before that our what's up and say we are 10 minutes away then to turn around and call back five minutes afterwords and say that our driver won't be there for another hour and a half then after an hour and a half we call and they're like oh it's going to be another hour I was going to call you when I could when asked why is it taking so long but we keep getting more customers so you're putting them in front of us answer was yes where and when we said to cancel it you're hung up with run from this company someone who treats her customers like that should not be in business

Horrible experience with Express Towing, specifically Tim. They were hired through my warranty with Infiniti to be towed to the dealer to have a key made while I was out of town. Tim broke into my car and did a significant amount of damage. He gouged the shift lock button and console with a screw driver (this part be admitted, however, downplaying it to a scratch), damaged the window and tint and dented the door handle, all consistent damage with breaking into my car. Not only did he not notify anyone of the damage, he admitted to part, but not all and called harassing me and pointing fingers elsewhere. It wasn't Infiniti as they had a key made before it even arrived. It certainly wasn't me as I was out of town. Infiniti's warranty group concluded it was damage done by Express and since cancelled their contract. There's a way to recover from mistakes and still keep customers, lying and harassment is not it. I went without my car for a month!
