Well, it's been more than two years and I can't say enough how happy I am with the results: my dental device controls my apnea, allows me a restful night's sleep, and the integrity of my smile remains intact thanks to the custom matrix Dr. Polan fashioned. When I lost my matrix and case recently, Dr. Polan crafted a new one for me quickly at no additional cost.
