Michael Sullivan was the listing agent. Was incredibly rude over the phone. Then, 30 minutes before a showing I called to inform him I would be on time and he nonchalantly informed me that it had already been rented. This lack of customer service is not what you'd expect from such a prestiged group of realtors. Not the kind of person I would ever want to give my business to.

I had a great experience selling our home with Eric Murtagh and Karen Kuchins. Karen did a wonderful job showing us how to stage our home and Eric was instrumental in getting other agents in to see the property for their clients. We had over 100 people come view the house on the first open house weekend, got three competing bids, and the house went for 70K over asking. We could not have asked for better agents or a better agency to work with. I highly recommend.

This truly is a great company to partner with when you are trying to make one of life's biggest decisions (buying or selling a home). They did an amazing job with our offer and working with the Sellers to make it possible for us to buy our house. I can't say enough about how great the agents and this company are to work with.
