I needed to get a wax before my cruise and making an appointment online was very easy. Someone called me to confirm my appointment a day or two before which was great because it's been a very hectic week and I couldn't remember the time of my appointment and literally didn't have time to even check my calendar lol. When I arrived I was checked in and Kat came to get me right away. Kat was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, even though i get waxed, it's still nerve racking not knowing when the pain will hit. So her breathing tips and the the heel press were amazing to help reduce the discomfort. Kat showed me my wax strips and recommended exfoliating wipes, which I can take with me on my cruise instead of taking exfoliating scrubs. Overall, my experience here was a 10! I've been to other European Wax centers but this was my first visit at this location. I will be back!

My best friend use to do my waxes but she moved out of state and I was left to fend for myself :(
Having the right wax person is crucial as it's already a painful experience. I tried the Snellville location and even though she was very nice and knowledgeable the pain made me not want to ever return. I was recommended by my friend to try this location and specifically Tia as my wax lady so I decided to give it another try and here's my review.
Location is perfect in toco hills so very convenient! Parking lot is pretty spacious so ample parking.
Staff - my goodness. Our front desk girl is amazing! So sweet and always has wonderful conversation and suggestions for products, add ons, and suggestions.
Tia my wax lady is amazing! Quick, swift, and will have you out before you realize what happened to you lol definitely recommend!

I want to first start off by saying Tia is one of the best waxer at this establishment! I've been coming to this specific location for about a year now and it's been pleasant. However today was not the best, Mia the receptionist was very condescending towards me (I'm assuming she didn't like my energy). As I left, she said have better days. Worst customer service I ever experience in my life.

tia is the best waxer first things first! your manager mia may need monitored! she is extremely rude with 0 customer service skills! she lacks empathy and professionalism! i stopped spending my money at this location due to her lack there of! she needs to be replaced because she never wants to be at work per her attitude! it is disgusting to see someone with horrible energy while you are trying to enjy your self care! but, because of her i will never come back and spend another dollar! once she is replaced or moved, then ill come back if tia is still an employee! mia is not worth dealing with by any means on any self care day! be blessed!

I have a waxer I see regularly, but missed my monthly appointment and needed a quick fix.
I'm worried about what is happening to my chin. I've NEVER had any issues after seeing my regular person, but my lip and chin are burning and have raised, swollen bumps (it's been 3 days). It looks pretty awful.

So much for "first wax free". Odyssey did a great job, but the woman working the counter charged me for a bikini line wax anyway after I told her it was my first time wax. She described that there were only a few options for free, conveniently that my bikini wax was not despite what their website says. Happy to pay for a great service, but stand by your company's advertisement or don't advertise a few wax.

Front desk was rude and disrespectful, they called them to tell them my time, odd grace period, could not even bother to be flexible at all. I understand about being late, however I was not, and they decided to be extremely rude about it.

Made an appointment for arm wax in August. Prior to taking me back to my appointment, they offered me a four wax package for arms that I could begin using that day. I purchased. Arm wax was only okay - very patchy and not well done, but it was end of summer and I really only do this service in the summer anyway. Was not told that the package I purchased had to be used within 7 months. Since I only use this service in the summer, I would never have purchased if they had told me that. Went into the center in March the week after the package expired and explained that no one told me this package had an expiration date and no package I ever purchased before had one. Regional manager was contacted and said too bad - the mistake is one me. Their loss - I won't be back.

The nice receptionist was able to get me in with another waxer when the one I was scheduled with fell sick, she was very helpful. I didn't know when I would be able to schedule again and I appreciate the effort because I needed a wax badly. The beautiful woman with locs, thank you!
