Envy Nails

The absolute most disgusting nail salon i have ever visited. The level of ignorance and lack of respect from the staff is astonishing. A while back i came in to get my nails done and for some reason instead of giving me a tech that knew what she was doing they decided to let someone practice how to do nails for the first time on me. I paid $50 in total for the service that day. The nails all fell off two days later. I came back in to talk about getting a refund and manicure because the damage on my nails were very noticeable and painful. I got greeted with the nastiest attitude by the owner. This woman quite literally yelled at me for asking for a refund and was full blown cussing me out.

Scam people here. They'll tell you to get lost expensive pedicure because it's 50% off and lie and say they said only 15.

Very nice ladies . Limited nail colors . No wine . But cheap prices .
My mom got dip , and they cut her several times . We both got pedicures $25 it included , hot stone or parifin, scrub,trim ,and massage!! Nails look ok.. if I come back i will probably bring my own nail polish and my own wine lol

They don't do a very good job of trimMing and filing nails. polish job was not complete and she didn't understand me when I asked her to redo some nails.

I had been a long time customer but I just had the worst experience! I paid $75 for dip chrome nails and as soon as I got the chrome just started flaking off! So I went back to get them fixed and they said it was my fault for washing my hands too much. Not even a sorry was said. My husband even went in and tried to get a refund but they would not help. I have always been so kind to them and tipped well, I've brought friends here. Never again!!! They are cheap for a reason! Avoid!!!!!

I don't understand the reviews this place has. I visited this nail salon while in Garland for a week with work - after finding it on Yelp with the best reviews in the area. I went in at around 5:30pm and the salon was empty - probably a bad sign. I sit down for my manicure and there's old nail polish dried onto the towel they've placed down. I told the manicurist that I'd like my nails short and round. The girl then starts filing down my nails and leaves them really long, and square. When I asked her to cut them shorter, she cuts each nail once, and then doesn't bother changing the shape when filing them down - I was left with uneven, box shaped nails. When I asked her to make the nails round, she filed each of my nails right down to the nail bed. One of my fingers was down to the nail bed and she just kept filing anyway.

When she finally painted my nails, she didn't paint the whole nail, so there's white at the top. It's so unprofessional, total waste of money. I don't recommend this place at all.

I call this place a hidden gem. I recommend coming here and help this place glow up! I see lots of potential it's future. My nail lady did a good job on my nails , I wanted something cute but simple.

i take getting my nails done too seriously and i felt like they were trying to get me out of there and over priced...

-nail bed too thick
-undertone white is all too visible
-just finish your job correctly
