This is the Grocery Outlet of furniture places! It's a 3rd party seller in that it's brand-new products but at bargain prices. Some of their items may be slightly damaged.

End-of-Sumner sale! All their items outside were 50% off for outdoor furniture. I originally was looking for a king-sized headboard and found an item advertised on Craigslist. I would've had no idea about their store because they are located in McMinnville in a little industrial area in between one-way streets off of 99w before you enter town. Their store is massive!

We were initially greeted but were never commission-pressured to buy anything (and had to search a salesperson out to get help). Mind you, this isn't a fancy showroom but more of a Costco discount warehouse, which is right up our alley.

We literally wandered the entire complex with 2 gigantic buildings since this was our first time and we wanted to check out their store. It was relaxing and fun to dream about our dream home!

My fiancé and I ended up getting a different style headboard for 50% off of a sale, plus they also allowed us to use the Yelp 5% discount! We are having it delivered for $75 since my fiancé lives in Aloha...which ironically is more than what we paid for our headboard!

I have only bought one thing from them in the past and it was a bed.
They delivered it and took away the old bed for free and brought the new one inside and offered to set it up, which wasn't necessary but it was great that they went above and beyond my expectations.

In 2006 my 100 year old house burned. I lost everything including my four dogs that I had to listen to them dying. My Farmers insurance was supposed to duplicate my home. I had replacement insurance. Well I'm sure you all know what happened with that. So I ended up a year and a half later with a manufactured home on my land. I had nothing.
I went to Encore and filled my house up they delivered and set up everything because I couldn't having lost my right hand in Taylor Lumber.

I can't say enough good things about Encore. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive. The quality, selection, prices, and customer service were first rate. There was no high pressure sales and the furniture was delivered on time by professionals. Highly recommend this store!

They have a huge variety of furniture. They have a whole building of clearance items that are sold as is, making them really affordable. I got my couches heavily discounted due to some small tears on the back. Sales guys are helpful without pressuring you to buy. 5 stars!

Edited: Update on my original review. I cannot say a bad thing about his company right now. If you read below, had issues but the company called me to follow up and we came to a reasonable agreement about the fees so no one lost out. Cassey was more then accommodating about the fees for the CC and reversed the "delivery fee" and lowered the restocking fee to 6% and that is more then fair. I will consider them in the future for oue needs. Thank you Cassey.

I purchased a dining set on 10/10/2020 to be delivered on 10/14/2020. It was a nice set, much bigger then my previous set. Once we got home and remeasured the area it was determined that it was not going to fit for us. We called them on Monday the 12th and said we had to cancel this purchase due to not fitting the area.
We were told that we had to pay a 10% "restocking" fee and that the delivery fee was non-refundable. Here's where we have a problem.
What! Really? Keeping the delivery fee when it's not even loaded in truck or the day of delivery? I get you need to cover the CC fees but 10% is excessive especially along with the delivery fee. 6% would have covered it alone. I call BS.

We love shopping here. We've bought 2 sets of couches and a memory foam mattress. Picked up 2 recliners for my sister too. The delivery guys are awesome! Very conscientious and friendly. We always try here first....they have some really good sales and unique items.

Bought furniture here 2x now. Both times it was delivered (which is affordable and convenient!) and the quality for the price was so worth it! My friend also bought the coolest futon that is leather, has a sound system hookup in it, and an outlet for phone charging or a computer! Sometimes we plug in our ipod in and listen to our favorite music.... she got it for less than $200, new! The customer service is great too

Most of my house (and business) is furnished by items purchased at Encore Home Furnishings. I am not exaggerating. I love their selection, their customer service is outstanding and their prices can't be beat. We recently remodeled my daughters bedroom and furnished the whole room (bed, dresser, night stands, lamp and chair) from Encore Home Furnishings and had it all delivered to us very quickly. I highly recommend this locally owned furniture store!
