We have been living in one of EMG's properties for 1 year and have been extremely pleased with the place and the service. The pictures represented the property perfectly and we only experienced two very minor issues that were handled immediately. We are wanting to save to purchase a home and they are now working with us to get us into another one of their properties and while I haven't seen it yet, I am certain it will be just as the pictures show. We have worked mostly with Angel who has been fabulous! Quick to respond and very pleasant. Looking forward to another year with EMG!

Mr. Estrada and his team @ EMG management have been outstanding in all of my real estate dealings. Years ago I needed a rental property rented within a small window of time. I met with a number of property managers but when he met with me he was very detailed in his plan to rent the property. Within 10 days he had the property rented and the tenants were wonderful. He would keep me updated and every year did a full property review.
I also used him to sell a home (He works thru KELLER WILLIAMS ). His marketing of the home was beyond what most Realtors have done for me . The exposure /marketing was extensive . In a week the home had multiple offers at and above asking price. I would highly recommend him and use him in the future.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Brianna B.Reynoldsburg, OH14Jun 22, 2016
They are the worst company to deal with. I own a property and it was mortgaged and they failed to send me my rent payments on time. Every month I would have to ask them for my money and they would take their sweet time getting back to me. I had to get in contact with my tenants directly to get the real story. They dropped the ball with everything on every corner. I was asking for a renewed lease for about three months and the tenants about four months. They told he tenants that I blamed them for a roof leak! Also told them I didn't want them in my house which was a lie. The worst option if you are looking for a property management company. Please skip the headache and go with someone else.

This place have the worst management , I usually do not likes to write reviews but they are lacks of responsible, called many times to get things done correctly, unprofessional, I would not recommend this company, if you have home for rent, make sure you use a different management company.

Cesar and Angel are the absolute worst people I have ever dealt with and I would sooner be homeless than rent from them again. I faxed over a rental verification and was told it would be in my hand within 2 days. A week and a half passed, I left voicemails and messages with the staff almost daily to follow up and never received any reply. When I called saying that I was lost looking for the office and would just deal with the matter in person due to anyones ability to call me back, the person I needed to speak to had magically "just" walked through the door. I had another matter to discuss with them, I called 5+ times one afternoon, received voicemail every time, then I got a text back from the number that said "Good Morning!" Received no reply to any of my following texts.

Yeida Sanchez is the worst! She avoids emails, says she will get back to you...never does... You literally have to hound her for her to get back to you. She lacks in customer service and guest satisfaction! Lease renewals, home repairs....it doesn't matter. Doesn't seem important to her... Don't call Yeida..she will neverget back to you!

I don't usually go out of my way to write negative reviews, but Cesar Estrada has earned it. He is the WORST Realtor I have ever worked with. He is the owner of Florida Realty Team (or EMG the management group). I am appalled at his lack of professionalism. This guy is a goof, and has NO respect for his customers.

The EMG staff is highly unorganized. I generally have to call multiple times over the course of several days to get a response. Maintenance requests take forever to get completed. They will give you the runaround when you call. With one of my maintenance requests, they literally NEVER called me back with answers when they said they would, and the request took almost two months to be completed. I am glad I have never had a maintenance emergency or I would have been in serious trouble. Also, you need to be proactive if you decide to renew your lease (which I would not recommend) because they certainly are not organized enough to contact you about renewal.

I've had a terrible experience with EMG The Management Group. It started with the day of move-in. I met Yeida Sanchez at the townhouse only to find out the place wasn't ready. It was dirty and they were still painting. Worst yet, she was unaware. I had to wait an extra day to move in which cost me money, yet they still charged the same amount of rent. Toward the end of my lease the dishwasher stopped working and the fan in the living room had an electrical short, which almost started a fire when I turned it on. I contacted the office to report the issue and after several calls and emails they never fixed the issue. I went over a month without power to half of the downstairs since I had to shut off power to the fan. Yeida sent me a renewal notice just 3 days before my lease was due to expire. I decided not to renew and moved out at the end of July. It's now almost 2 months later and I still haven't received my security deposit despite numerous calls, voicemails, emails and a certified letter on my part. I've spoken to Christine and Brandon who took over after Yeida was let go. Christine told me 2 weeks ago they would be direct depositing the money to my account, but never did. I left a message for the agent and haven't heard back. The law requires the landlord to notify the tenant of any intent to keep back any portion of the deposit within 30 days of the tenant moving out. I received no such notice. The agent in charge of the business is Cesar Estrada and the broker is Lori Ann Tyrrell. I would advice anyone not to do business with this company.
