Placed an order for an item showing in stock and 3 months later still haven't gotten my order. They confirmed my order, took my money and now they are asking for more money saying it has went up. Not a good company to do business with. Still waiting on my order

Seems like these guyd have turned things around and now are on top of customer service! In my case they had the product I wanted, called me back about customization, and it came out even better than expected. Give them a try!

No communication what-so-ever on my order, not even an acknowledgment. No delivery and no way to track it from their website.
Have contacted to have the order refunded, still waiting to hear back.

I've been to the store several times and had nothing but bad experiences. The employees have no clue on what they're doing. They promise you a product will be in by a certain day and it comes in weeks later. Shop elsewhere

Stay away from this place! I ordered a coat for work. 3 weeks later I call customer service trying to find where it was. After another week of back and forth calling they told me it was back ordered and would take another month so I asked for a refund. Again.. a week later I call asking why I haven't received my refund and the lady on the phone said the last representative never finalized the refund but she promised me she'd get right on it... trust me just stay away!

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS. They miss deadlines that they set countless times and when they mess something up they push the blame onto you when it was there fault. They don't even deserve 1 star BEWARE, STAY AWAY

If I could give negative -5 stars I would. Poor customer service when they mess up your order. Call for a replacement/refund and they disappear, no response or any communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company..... False advertising and very poor poor poor customer service.

Great low priced products. Sometimes shipping is not accurate but its not their fault because the manufacturers make mistakes sometimes. Would recommend though.
