This place has been great from
the moment I started services here. The front desk and back office team have been amazing and friendly!! The reason I started coming to this location was for Dr. Sabet! I've dealt with two orthodontist at another location who were horrible! I made sure to look for my old orthodontist Dr. Sabet who has been the best!!! I've seen AMAZING results within the 1 1/2 years I've seen Dr. Sabet versus the 2years at another facility. I have definitely recommended family members to Eilte orthodontist and will continue to recommend this place 100%. Ok, Here is my deepest thought while getting customized pieces of metal removed and then put back in to my skull, At this fine facility.
You really have to go out of your way NOT to have teeth on this planet. Like most things that move and stuff and even a few plants all survive based on teeth. Even this haiku survives on them.
What does no teeth mean
It means you have no real bite
All your moves are flight
Think on that while you're in the dental chair, staring up at the alien protractor beam.
Teeth are sexy, and if you are thinking if you need / want braces. At least ask, it's free to tell you the cost. Before I came in I thought I needed insurance but that is not the case This place continues to do elite work.
Get this the people that I had working on me in the beginning are still working here. That says something.

So the last time I was in here, I had to start putting rubber bands in my mouth using this hook thingy. It took a masters level of geometry, physics, and some contortionism to get this single rubber band in my mouth. These bands connect on the little hooks from the bottom teeth to the top. (all my teeth have names I just don't know what they are)
So I have to get x-rays but before you get x-rays you do a little modeling photo shoot. There are no fans to blow my locks or a light mister but there are prosthetics, a prop a backdrop. There is a photographer telling you to look this way pose like this. So its technically a Fashion photo shoot. But I have rubber bands in my mouth.
So the photographer who is also my Orthodontic Assistant because inflation and stuff, Says "oh we need to take those bands out of your mouth."
Now I'm thinking, you have no idea what your asking. For me to take this single band out of my mouth would involve me having to go into my bathroom making sure that my dogs do not follow me in.. Then, I have to lean across the bathroom counter, turn on the light and adjust my brain to know that I'm going to have to stare at myself for the next phase of my life. Then I have to wash my hands,
Then I have to plug the sink in case I drop the band. I don't want it to go down the drain. Then I have to read some research paper on projectiles and force divided by the expense of space plus gravitational pull. So I can try to project where this band will fly. Then I have to reach in my mouth try not to get slobber all the way up to my wrist, Then throw it away and immediately jump in the shower.
In the instance before I could tell them the predicament they had put me in. They had slapped on a glove reached in my mouth pulled it out threw it away. That was that.
TIL. I am not a fragile flower of hygienic behavior, No I am a Oral-Hygiene-God that can have a band ripped from their skull and live to tell the tale.Oct 18, 2021Previous reviewThe real name this place should be:
"We went out and hired the best most talented staff and adopted them as family and taught them to treat our customers as if they are our grandparents high-tech Orthodontics."
That should be the name and Im a badass marketer still yet that long title seems appropriate.
But are they "elite"... really though because that to me would encompass, Orthodontic skill, Payment options, communication, emergency services, most state of the art appliances. The top of the line products. A staff that can handle the work load and enjoys being there. A non toxic work Environment. A price point that is beyond reasonable. A system to get you in and out with exceptional service. No Nickel and dimming the customer. No up-sale madness. They must be the smartest people in the room when it comes to their Industry. Yes they are Elite.
I found their down side: The location is very central BUT not great. There is nothing around the building that you could walk to. Their parking is not the best. This is very surprising because when you walk in it's almost like you entered the future, like if Star Trek had an orthodontic suite. It would seem they would have their own building but for whatever reason they have the top floor suite its very large though. That is me looking for the shoe.
To be elite you have to innovate I can see they do this in the way they communicate and how they handle payments. I can also see it in their open floor plan. It doesn't matter if you're tall or short everyone is in this open space getting work done. I can see they have streamlined and removed a lot of the reasons why people decide not to get braces. Their use of technology is on point its really impressive.
To be honest I'm not that talented to know all the ways they have streamlined and innovated this process but compared to the other 2 quotes I got for elected braces it wasn't even close to what they where doing here.
So is Elite an appropriate part of their name I would say so, indeed it is.
ADULTS read this:
One thing I learned Is that you don't have to go where your insurance company tells you it doesn't matter if you're an HMO PPO if you Are electing to get braces go and get 3 quotes and make this place one of those three. You will be so surprised at how easy this place makes it. I went to 3 the first one was exactly what I thought and orthodontics office would be like. The second one could not fit me into thier busy schedule for several weeks out, by then I had already got my braces. When they called me to reschedule. All the youtube drama of what getting braces would be like was not even remotely valid the after care is but the process was super easy.
This place is the real definition of elite, I have been to this office no less than 6 xs so far. And my teeth already look better than yours. - Dec 4, 2023
This is taken me 4 years to write this honest review.
*4 years is how long it took me to get my teeth fixed, 3 years was with Elite
I have decided to get my braces when I was in my late 20s. like why... but there I was.. I went to 4 different consultation before I have decided to go with Elite. I already started my braces and I needed someone to finish off for what I thought it was only going to be 2 years. Many wanted to start all over, so it would've extended my 2 years of finishing the braces. I mean, that's a no for me. I did not wanted to have these braces longer than I needed.
At elite they said I can continue with what I already had and it will still be 2 years. AND their pricing was much affordable than other places. I mean I really liked the doctors and the technicians here. I do have to say some technicians were a hit or a miss. Some def. knew what they were doing, some were did not know what they were doing. For instance, one technician put something on my teeth the wrong direction so it held me back another 3 weeks.
I started out with Dr. Ehsani, he was kind but I'm not sure if he was just sick of me asking when I will get my braces removed, when I got my braces off the first time, my bite was still wrong. I had to go back and tell them to put it back on, which was frustrating. AND they put back the metal braces instead of Ceramic braces because they said it will be less than 6 months I have left. Well that was a lie. It was more than 6 months that I had braces to fix the bite.
Then Dr. Sabet took over and she was great. she made sure my bite was correct, had to go back for my retainer check every month to see if my teeth has shifted or not.
Overall, scheduling is easy. They do open on Saturday sometimes. Technicians were all nice and doctors are cool. It's just misleading when you expect your braces to be done early, it wasn't. It is what it is. I'm happy with my result.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0

The staff at Elite Orthodontics made me feel like it will be a breeze, and it was! I'm thankful I managed to attend every appointment and stated everything I felt during my procedure. They took care of me promptly, I never waited to be helped. I made friends with the front desk staff, who are loving and on top of their work. I can't believe it's finally over.
Anytime I needed an accommodation I felt Elite Orthodontics was more than delighted to assist. What a wonderful feeling of excitement to be compete with a 20-year long journey I've faced my whole life. I'm attaching plenty of pictures below. My treatment duration was longer than quoted but that did not bother me. The only critique is that one of the receptionist is unprofessional. She is matter of fact with patients. I also heard her interact with her co-worker this way, which led me to include in this review. Otherwise I was satisfied with my treatment here.

Today I went in and was seen by Dr. Sabet and Ashley who replaced my permanent retainer because it became loose. They were both patient with me while I was having sensitivity and they gave me multiple breaks.
