Racist... terrible nail job. Lady made my nails super chunky and not shaped well. I chose a simple nail color and they couldn't get it right. When I complained all of a sudden nobody in there speaks English. She said she will remove it and ended up leaving the store without removing my nails. Told me to come back tomorrow to remove. If I could give it 0 stars I would

Nothing wow, but they do decent nails.

You don't need appointment and they only take cash. Nobody is greeting you , so just go to the counter and log in into a tablet they have. They open at 10 am but non of the nail technician come early , is better if you go at 11.

Been here a couple of times, some of the girls don't know how to do nails but Last time I found Elvia , Good nails and she has 10 years of experience , better than the other girls.

Is clean and they have a lot of options for your nails.

The worst
It's clear on the correct way to remove gel polish but they choose to use the drill which thinned out my nails causing them to chip from last time or charge 5 bucks to remove it when YOU put it on and are redoing them. O let's not forget I bring my own gel polishes cause their products are cheap ‍

When I walked in they were quick to put me in a seat which was amazing because I was in a time frame however the lady that did my nails was very aggressive and harsh with my hands, she was on her phone while doing my nails she only did one layer coats on my nails which wasn't enough to make the nail look good so I made her go back and fill in the sheer areas and do a second coat. They charged me $45 for this style which I believe was too pricey for both the length and my experience. It's been a day and my nails still hurt! Overall I got what I wanted but I wasn't handled with care.

Racist, unprofessional and they take whoever they feel like taking. They were all standing around being lazy when I asked them for a pedicure service. One te h told the other tech to take me although she was doing nothing, all 3 of them doing nothing, they had me standing waiting and waiting then 2 Hispanics came in the same lady who was told to take me and didn't serviced them. Then I asked the tech why would she do that to me and she ignored me with no response and no emotion. They need to be CLOSED! Then I asked the other tech for their boss she said boss wasn't there, then I asked their names and she said she didn't know. unreaaal

Let me start off by saying this is not my usual nail salon. I typically go to pmn & co on East Tremont and they do an AMAZING job but i simply couldn't make the trip so i opted to stay around my area for a basic gel mani & pedicure. Now i wasn't expecting much because of the area this salon is in however a basic gel manicure should be simple for a nail salon i would think. All of my nails chipped and it hasn't even been 3 days... the paint job was sloppy and all over my cuticles. They charged me 60$ for a gel mani and regular pedicure... super overpriced for the cheap polish they use and the bare minimum job they do. Don't go here if u want ur nails to last more than 24 hours.

By far the worst gel manicure I've ever received. The "technician" pulled at my cuticles even though i said i didn't want them cut. And then when she began painting my nails, i almost lost it! There were lumps everywhere and the polish was all over my cuticles. Pathetic.

l had an infection on my toe from the pedicure I received there. I dont believe this place has licensed nail tech. My nails were different shapes, and the polish on my nails were sloppy. The lady kept removing too much of my cuticles that left me with scars and swelling. Would never return. Do not recommend
