After landing late in San Jose and unable to get a rental car i had already booked, I called Elite Ground Transportation crossing my fingers that someone would answer. Scott answered immediately. As I was explaining the situation to him about not being able to get a rental car and having all the kids with us he said don't worry i will take care of you I'm only 5 min away. He picked us up and ALL of our luggage and drove us 3 hrs home. I have to say it was the nicest car ride home. VERY nice guy, smooth ride and very comfortable. I can't say enough about how pleased i was with this service and Scott, a true professional and genuinely nice man.

First to Review
Recently took a trip to San Fran and Scott saw us struggling to get an Uber. He approached me and said, "If you are in need of a ride, here's my card!" Needless to say we took him on his offer. Not only was he professional but also very personable and really went the extra mile for us. Great guy, great company!
