This is a very good restaurant it's been there for 38 years the food has always been very good hey do you know how to make good Mexican food service was good grandkids enjoyed it along with the rest of us

Due to the glowing reviews, I felt it was important to provide a more realistic overview. It was ok food. The salsa was nice. My son enjoyed a soft taco. I ordered a fajita chicken quesadilla. It was chicken and processed cheese. Not bad, but not quality or authentic food. Nothing about me dish suggested fajitas (no peppers, seasons, etc.). My husband got a house special, with potatoes for the side. Okay food, potatoes were over seasoned. Not worth the drive from our hotel.

Always my favorite place to come when back in town. Love the salsa. Beef enchiladas have always been my go to. The staff is friendly and was attentive and could hold a conversation. Will continue to come back.

Mexican Food for white people! Not a fan. Bean and cheese dip is good. Just not much flavor.

Love this place! Great food and great service. Love the young kids that have worked there forever. They are so friendly. If you haven't tried the pork chilli burrito with potatoes- with the green chili gravy- then you are missing out! I definitely recommend that is place to anyone!

My wife and I have been trying every mexican restaurant we can to find something good. We stumbled across the El Conquistador and we couldn't be happier. The service was excellent, atmosphere inviting, menu was plentiful and the food was DELICIOUS.

Staff was really friendly. We tried a lot of different things when we ate here and couldn't even finish half of it there was so much food. It was delicious the first time and still tasted good left over! We just moved here and we are trying to try all of the places in town. So far this is towards the top of the list.
