El Bochinche Restaurant & Bar

Came in to make a simple order of 5 Empanadas-stood at the bar awaiting a greeting from the 3 bartenders for about 15-20mins...no one said a thing yet spoke to the Spanish Grub Hub driver who came in behind me & was in there for less that 2 minutes & a bartender spoke to him. After 20mins of me waiting-I asked if I can I place a order and one bartender seeming like she couldn't take my order yet said I could place an order. I told her what I wanted to order-she said ok and walked away. 5 minutes later...a 4th bartender came up to the bar & actually took my order. 15mins later my food was brought up to me & then I had to wait another 5 just to pay . First & last time l visit that establishment

I got the Pechuga de Pollo a La parilla. Amazing! Do simple yet so tasty, definitely hit the spot.

Great Colombian food, great music, and ambiance. Truly enjoyed the restaurant and people, felt very welcomed and I will be back !

Horrible service! We walked in waitresses walked by us and ignored us... no one got us a table , was just told to find a table.. after we sat down we waited no one even brought us a menu.. no water! We waited because we saw a couple of table being waited on so we guessed they were short on waitresses but once someone came over they took forever to just bring water, napkins, utensils... food was cold and my daughter asked for a quesadilla which had sooo much cheese it was even hard to eat. Horrible, horrible place!

1st) First delivery order, the food was disappointing, we ordered tostones and we received sweet plantains not tostones which are a green banana chip type not sweet.

2) the shrimp were not cleaned had shit on all disgusting.

3) the plantain soup should be a heavy cream based soup made with green bananas not with noodles nor sweet banana. Gross

This restaurant does not know about Spanish cuisine.

It was my first and only order , never again.

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The servers took like 30 minutes just to take our order. We ordered the picada and the plate was saturated with oil. I would not come back to this restaurant. The staff was filtering with my bf which was really disrespectful.

Epic !!!!! wow ! a lunch dish worth parking for ! i had the arroz con habichuelas and carne de res ! rice beans and stewed beefsteak! incredible, even seeved me a side of potatoe salad made fresh couldn't had left any happier. will definitely come back! Indira was pleseant and attentive. Come check this place out!

One of my favorite Colombian restaurants in Philly. Very authentic food and decor. It's hard to get good Colombian Empanada in Philly, but this place is IT.

If you make your way to the rear of the restaurant you'll see Colombian Decor such as ponchos , sombreros, and even musical instruments. My favorite is the various Colombian anecdotes on the wall that are truly Hilarious.

The menu does not lack flavor or options for that matter. There's something for everybody. Even Mexican cuisine.

Me and my Familla went to this This place thinking that the food was going to be good and and it became a nightmare it was really bad like the waitress didn't know what Churrasco mean and when we Oder a picadera and first and came it cold and Grissy. It look like they where left over and when and my totones was cold and at the end change us a lot of money she was like well the system do it not me so we was like well if you think that system was not working they would change you extra be aware. The camarones look like they throw it on pan Shake and that the waitress.

The lady that took our order didn't pay attention, we got half of what we asked for and what they told us was how embarrassing!
