Avery in the deli came out from behind the counter not only did she walk me to what I was looking for a new where it was, and was lovely and nice, but she found it for me in bulk way to go Earth origins on training your employees..
I just witnessed Avery doing the same thing for another customer..

Love their fresh made deli foods!!!

We have shopped at Earth Origins once a week for several years now. It's so convenient to have some healthful, delicious prepared foods available for quick meals, what with our busy schedules.

They have a good selection in all the food departments, and they carry Sami's Bakery breads (our favorite!) among many others.

Great fresh produce, and good selection of non-food items, too.

And last but not least, the staff is cheerful & happy to help. Great health food store!!

We always enjoy making a trip to this store. It's worth becoming a member as they have generous member discounts.

WOW. I am honestly in awe of how amazing my experience was here. So many choices for fresh food including hot bar, fresh packaged foods, cold bar, fresh juices/ smoothies. I had the curried chicken wrap and it was phenomenal, they let you sample the foods which is so so helpful! On top of fresh options, they have a wonderful selection of groceries. The kindest and friendliest people I have come across in a long time. I want to come here everyday!! If you're nearby, I would make this a go to spot!

Drove 20 minutes to get here, to be treated so poorly. I was looking up front at the fragrance and essential oils, to be asked if I'm finding everything alright, I said yes thanks, for the woman to just stand hovering over me still.... I had an essential oil I wanted to buy in my hand and tightened the lid more closed so it doesn't spill in my shopping basket to be yelled at " Don't open that!!! You can see the testers right in front" I told her I was just closing my item so it didn't spill.... And she went on about how everyone always opens the products and ruins them, then just continued to watch me shop... I was really put off, and wanted to put all my items back right then, but I drove all the way for them.

Needless to say I won't be coming here any longer after this experience.

If she thought I was stealing or ruining products just because I'm younger and dressed differently that's really upsetting, and there's different ways to speak to customers or address things.

The older woman working near the juice section treated me in the rudest way today. I will never ever be back . I'm standing at the juice bar area and the gentleman man said just let me know when your ready . So after I checked over the list I ordered the sunset . The woman gathered the veggies and put it near the man to use . I had a few text messages come in so I was answering them and wanted to watch the man juice . There was nobody behind me , the lady puts a drink holder right in front of me and then shoos me like I'm a fly . So I side stepped and she does it again . I had never been here before and there was a woman online prior to me so I was just imitating what she had done. I just turned and walked out . Horrible nasty woman . I told the young cashier up front who looked so sweet . I hope I didn't make her upset

I love this place but the hot food isn't very good most of the time. Very dry or over cooked.

I had a really poor experience on a weekday for a myriad of reasons one of which had to do with a cashier clerk named Jessica. From the moment that I walked into the store, she was already glaring at me, giving me a look of judgment and disgust. I purchased two items then left. When I went home I noticed the one item I went there for tasted a little odd so I checked the expiration date and realized the product was going to expire just one week later. In horror I closed up the product and took it back to the store. Before I told the cashier clerk about this which by the way this Jessica Lady was still there the next day when I went to return it. I checked the other products that they had on their shelves that were just like the one I bought and all of them had that expiration date for next week, I even found a product that had expired in October and this just happened to me this week the last week of November. When I approached Jessica to tell her this I got no apology she could really care less she just turned away from me and said she would get a manager and then proceeded to stand there mute and trying not to pay attention to me while looking at her nails. I was shocked by this experience. I will not be going back.

I come here to get their baked potato soup!! It's the best I've ever had. One day it tasted drastically different but it's worth coming just for the soup.

the Chef Maggie whipped up an amazing chicken curry dish, it was so good I had to go back for seconds !
