Dennis is the man! On time, carpets turned out amazing please use them support small biz. Def having him back to do upholstery and tile grout.

Dennis was quick to respond to a quote. He is able to do Saturdays, which is a win for us. I had three bedrooms and a vinyl floor cleaned. He did a great job in a short amount of time.

I called DVA and was able to get an estimate over the phone on the same day and was able to schedule for the next week. When Dennis arrived today, he gave me the same price he told me over the phone. His price was also reasonable and he used a special cleaner so my house looks and smells clean. Dennis arrived early and was very professional, I would recommend DVA carpet cleaning and will be calling him back for future cleanings.

I selected this company based on the reviews on Yelp. I spoke to Dennis and scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment within 1 week. Dennis was responsive and reliable. He came earlier than originally scheduled (but he contacted me first), and he did such a good job! I highly recommend DVA.

DVA Carpet cleaning guys were nice but when it came to carpet cleaning they really under performed. Maybe it was the speed at which they were rushing through the carpets but after the carpets were cleaned, I used my battery powered Dyson and picked up cups full of dirt from the carpet. How can this be? The picture of the dirt in my vacuum is only 1 of the 4 bedrooms they did. Now this is the in-laws house so I don't ever vacuum their house but I am temporarily staying there right now and had this done as a favor for them.

The company also did not specify before performing the services that they don't accept any credit card; only cash, zelle, or check.

I did add a star because they did a good job on the couches.

Lastly, don't expect the carpets to dry in 2 hrs. It took the better part of 4 hours to dry.

My living room carpet had seen better days to say the least, Dennis was able to come out a day after i called to schedule an appointment. When he arrived he assessed the condition of the carpet and told me honestly that a couple spots may not be able to be removed completely which ,of course, I understood. He started with a pre-treatment, after that he used a huge dual brush vacuum to pick up all the cat hair then he went in again with the treatment. He cleaned the living room, hallway and two bedrooms. He was incredibly thorough going over trouble spots multiple times. Once he was finished he informed me to not place furniture for up to 3 hours. His prices are extremely reasonable and I'll definitely be calling him again!

Can't say enough good things about DVA Carpet Cleaning, Very Professional, Great value, got a call the he was running early and got the job done fat.
Highly recommend, I would definitely use them again.

Amazing work, and professional and punctual! Glad I found someone in the AV who does an amazing job, cleaned my sofas and left them like new again!
