Dutch Bros Coffee

I already love Dutch bros but I wanted to give a shoutout to the guy at the window. My wallet was stolen the other day and I only had a little bit of cash that I had saved that was at my home but I wasn't in the happiest mood bc of the previous day. I also was worried I wouldn't have enough at first but this man gave me my drink for free out of the kindness of his heart which really brightened my day knowing there's still good people. And made me feel a lot better after everything that happened the other day. So I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate you. Dutch bros should give you a raise lol.

This is my go-to Dutch location because it's located near me. I love the drink selection, and the staff has always been friendly. Despite the lines usually being long, they go quickly. I recently downloaded the app to earn points for my purchases, which I find well rewarding!
I do want to mention that it seems they have difficulty printing receipts. I asked for a receipt upon ordering, then was directed to ask at the pick-up window, then was met with confusion at the pick-up window. The staff seemed caught off guard by me asking for one. It took a couple of minutes for the receipt to get printed. Besides this, I have enjoyed this location and will continue to stop here for drinks!

I'm going to sound like an old lady for writing this but lol I understand why a lot of younger people enjoys drinks from here. They're jammed packed with sugar and syrups. I'm not a coffee drinker, I prefer teas but even with that being said everything taste really EXTRA artificial.

The service is really good though, and the staff is always friendly. This isn't a bad place at all just not my favorite but I can see why ppl love it!

My favorite DB spot, close to home and it's like everybody knows your name (Cheers reference)...not really but everyone is really chill, lol.

I've never been a real coffee buff so I don't venture out on coffee drinks too much. And like to stick to what I know which used to be very little, so I'd typically just ordered an ice white Mocha. One day I asked the girl outside taking the order what I typically get and want something similar but not so heavy on the heavy cream. And she suggested the drink I now get almost every day (dub shot over ice, 5 heavy creams, and vanilla flavoring). It's basically a milder iced Vanilla Brevé.

Also all of the staff are really friendly, and like to make small talk about your day which is pretty nice. Especially if you frequent the same place often, they end up knowing your order better than you.

This location is so convenient to where I live so I decided to visit it. Surprised that it wasn't that busy and I was able to order in and out. I tried the new Afterglow Drink and was very impressed. I skipped the energy drink addition and settled for the tea version with strawberry foam topping. Kudos to my order taker Tiffany who was so nice and very helpful with my questions. Come check this place out!

I just love this place. It reminds me of the wonderful service I always get from In n Out. Always friendly, quick and appreciate the business you bring. My drinks are always made perfect, the food I have tried had always been great. The vibe is Happy times, big smiles and grateful attitudes.

The lines are always long, but they do love fast. The employees are all Very friendly. I enjoy the americano here. I do wish they had a drip or French press option. I do not always want an espresso drink.
I guess I am just getting older as I often find the music way too loud.

They do offer some amazingly creative drinks if you have several hundred calories to spare.

My husband and I stopped by at the Sheldon location before we went on our evening drive. The line was is very short.
As we were waiting I was able to download the app which made it easier to pay for our drinks when it was time. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly. I love Dutch Brose very much! My favorite drink is the sugar-free peach tea. I love how they have many sugar-free options. I wish more beverage places had sugar free options for diabetics like me.

I tried this location twice instead of my usual spot off of Elk Grove Blvd, both times were terrible experiences. Too much talking with customers at the window when there's very long lines of cars waiting. Workers too nonchalant, I spent a couple minutes at the window without a single person saying anything to me. And on top of that my drink was made wrong. Never again at this location.

Hazel freeze coffee was fairly good first time trying Dutch bros since the incident back in 2018 and I wanted a mocha frappe however apparently they didn't have it oddly. Though the prices are better than Starbucks however I don't understand why there is no tax on drinks etc is it because they're not inside based for customers or have many drink options like Starbucks ? However I even asked staff they had no idea either. The drive thrus weren't long thankfully as usual which that being said why didn't Dutch bros provide a walk-in option to avoid long lines? I'd recommend it though something quick and affordable in my opinion.
