Dunkin'

This is literally the slowest Dunkin' Donuts in the entire world. I waited in line for 25 mins and got to the counter and wasn't helped for another 20 minutes. Every employee just walked past me and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting an incredibly long time.

This is easily the worst, slowest, most pathetic Dunkin's anywhere - and I've been to a lot of branches. To start, I ordered a plain bagel and a small coffee. The cashier did not give me a receipt, saying that they would just call my order a few feet away at the pickup counter. After waiting 15 minutes ( no exaggeration) they still had not taken the time to pour a small cup of coffee. After asking for it three times finally I was handed a cup of lukewarm coffee with way too much milk.

OMG! Cashier had a huge attitude. Wow, I don't know what her issue was, but I wasn't the only person who noticed it, just the only one who spoke up. Manners, customer service, negative attitude; I'm big on respect. I get it, she was there alone, but it happens. You still do not need to be rude to people who just need a coffee. First responder here, we are all just trying to get thru the day. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip in the cup as I usually do

Took a long time to get food. Oneof the girls working was cussing because she was upset and frustrated. Everyone heard her. She is the Africa American girl with a black tee shirt and hair in a pony tail. She was also throwing boxes around in the storage area.

How can a Dunkin' Donuts get a 1 star rating? When your manager/owner is a woman who has a gigantic stick up her butt, who treats her employees like pieces of garbage. I have gone to this Dunkin' Donuts location at least 5 times, and on each of those occasions, a woman who identifies herself as the manager (brown hair) is cussing out an employee. I have seen her yell at employees for accidentally dropped a straw (A FREAKING 1 CENT STRAW)! If an employee actually screws up an order, she loses it and tells the employee that it's coming out of their paycheck (mind you, this was over someone accidentally buttering a bagel, when the customer did not want it buttered).

Because of how poorly this woman treats her employees, I have started walking down the street to the location at 457 Brookline Ave, which is about 1 block away in the Beth Israel West building, or I end up at the one inside of BI.

This Dunkin is ok. The cashiers aren't very friendly, but the food comes as I ordered and nothing else. It's good if you're in a rush.

Takes forever for even just a basic order, one small coffee. If there are more than two people in line, forget it. They are overwhelmed by mobile orders, super super slow amd cannot handle volume. Causes crowds in front of the place simply because people are addict. Owner tries hard but service is terrible.

Let me just say the male manager is amazing. He shows nothing but respect and professionalism to all of his customers. Yesterday, I came to this Dunkin' and the female manager was rude, the take out slips were everywhere, nothing was organized. What a difference coming here today, the guy has all the slips organized, makes sure everyone is greeted and lets them know when there order will be done. He deserves a raise for taking what I've thought to be chaos the past year to somewhere I enjoy coming to. He is the reason I've given 5 stars!

Apparently this location specializes in "Cold" hot coffee. Got a small regular and a medium dark roast, both hot... both were lukewarm at best.

Service sucks here. How do you have three people working and forget a part of my order? I was the only one ordering too. Good thing I didn't leave yet!!! No smiles either.
