Duluth Trading Company

My first visit to the Duluth store was Memorial Day, an hour before closing and...sale! 30 percent off everything. I found what I wanted, a cute and functional summer hat. I'll be the cutest gardener on the block, at least from the ears up.

I had heard about their extra long T-shirts, so I checked them out. I love the feel and material of their plain T's. The fit wasn't right for me or I would've snapped up a couple.

The employees were friendly and were quick to help find items and answer questions. Prices were probably comparable to other similar stores, but I'm not sure. The store was clean, bright, and open. The fitting rooms had plenty of space and privacy, too.

I would have loved to roam the store more to see all the stuff I don't need and can't use, but I ran out of time. Between Hubby and me, however, a few other goodies ended up in our shopping bag, like blue jeans and gardening gloves.

I plan to visit again, especially when it comes time to do my Christmas shopping. And maybe even get something for the dogs.

Kinda disappointed Got watched the entire time I was in there it was feeling really weird. Apparently, I wasn't dressed good enough to be in there

So glad to have one of their stores in the area finally! It's a shame they put it way out in St Charles County but I suppose being in the same parking lot as Bass Pro Shops was a strategic placement.

Well-staffed by people who have very clearly received extensive training in providing high-quality customer service.

I picked up a few essentials in-store and they helped mew through the on-line order process for a few more things at their kiosk in the back of the store. Having self-serve refreshments (bottles of water in the fridge, Keurig on the counter) is a nice touch not generally found in most stores...certainly not in stores that cater to guys who work for a living. Really comfortable big leather chairs back in the refreshment area too.

I love this place high-quality work clothes haven't shopped the personal stuff but as far as it work stuff goes I can't find better stuff on the market. Best underwear on the market hands-down though

New store. When we were there, there were more employees than customers. Asked one about long sleeve shirt question. He stressed that tails are longer on Duluth shirts. Did not know if sleeves are longer on tall men shirts.

Did not have an exclusive tall man's section. He informed me that tall clothes are mixed in with regular sized clothing.

Only real downside is the trinket junk they have throughout the store. My friend's wife bought him a straight edge razor fir $12.95. Fell apart during first use.

Maybe with time it will improve.

I love the quality material the tee shirts are made of. I have an obscene amount of the shirts and underwear and love em. Please keep making more of this product. Tank tops for men would be nice.

I have bought only one item from this company. The Bison leather Driving Mocs. They are great. I can wear them in the winter because they have a lugged sole, and in the summer, sockless, because they are so comfortable. I literally wore out one pair because I was walking wrong on the right foot. They are an excellent shoe, with a distinctive look and style. If I ever wear out the current pair, there is no question that I will buy another pair promptly.

I've been driving by this shopping plaza a lot lately and finally had the time to pop in and check out Duluth Trading Company. I was greeted by more than one staff member, asked by others if I needed assistance and was helped by some very helpful people who knew their merchandise, made suggestions and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store...which I definitely was not...it was pretty crowded on a Saturday. I went in thinking they just had work clothes but boy was I wrong. They have things for your dog...bowls, toys, beds, car seat covers and more, they have things for both men and women...work clothes, pajamas, underwear (the reviews on men's boxers online are amazing and my husband is a believer), shoes, gifts, soaps and more. I didn't plan on buying a thing but....oops...accidental purchases and a few more gifts checked off of my Christmas list. Such a great store and amazing customer service.

thing. Their cloths are probably a 4. Their customer service is zero. I have had to contact them twice and both times the service was beyond bad. First time was to cancel an order placed within ten minutes of submitting the order. They refused to cancel and said I could pay to ship it back or take it to a store. Second time an item was missing and they would not replace it. Said have to wait a couple of weeks to see if it shows up even though carrier said they never received it. It was a gift so that was not helpful at all.

I was at a Duluth Trading Company store in Independence, MO at the beginning of the summer and loved it. I knew this store was a must see while I was out doing a bit of holiday shopping at Bass Pro Shops. Love the Duluth quality and this store is really a cool thing to have in St. Louis. I bought a couple of the No Yank Tanks because I love them and I'm sure I'll be back soon!
