We have never had any major issues with the Dover Federal Credit and have been members for 35 years. Occasionally there have been a few folks in and out of their employment whose personality and competence was less than what I would have preferred , however overall I don't believe , as a long time member , that a few isolated cases should reflect on my overall assessment. They have been very helpful to my wife and I over a very long time. They could and should do better with their rates though.

A member for 47 years and the group they have working in this Milford Branch are among the most unfriendly group I've had to deal with through the years. No greeting. A smirk, very slow and there was no reason to not be customer oriented as the place was empty. No thank you. No goodbye. Received friendlier service from Electronic checkouts.

Having been a customer for almost 20 years with decent deposit history, I feel like the Milford branch has lost its grasp on customer service. Not the friendly staff I was used to seeing when Barbara worked there, everyone is unfriendly and cold. Being I live 2 minutes from there I've went there through covid with no appointment and was told it was no problem. Went this week and was told no appointment no service. I don't understand how I can go to work without the plexiglass shield that credit union employees have and I'm still able to serve many people all day. Place was empty. If I didn't have autopay on my bills I'd withdraw all my funds and go to Delaware federal credit union.

Recently got great APR on used car but when trying to get thru to customer service, it was impossible...Also, the customer service rep was abysmal and would not assist setting up payment plan even though I informed her I wasn't computer savvy and my computer was infected w/virus and difficult to use...t
