Donatos Pizza

Love this location! My food is always hot and ready in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff & always clean inside.

I ordered a 7" individual mushroom, thin crust pizza. It looked and tasted delicious! I saved on toppings by adding more at home.

Did a delivery order and upon receiving it was the incorrect size. I'm not sorry to complain but it shouldn't be that hard to follow. The manager when I called stated that it was correct and that they made it themselves. I don't understand why insisting I was incorrect only for me to bring the pizza to the restaurant and show the staff it was incorrect. The staff remade and refunded the order however this is not the first time an order has been this incorrect. Luckily this will be my last as previous and this current time has ruined my experience for this location and chain.

As I pulled into the parking lot of Donatoes there was plenty of parking. There was parking for people with disabilities. There was even parking spaces for patrons at Donatoes!

As I entered I was greeted by Brian with a big smile welcoming me in while he was multitasking. I observed the restaurant was clean and had a yummy smell of pizza! There was seating for people with disabilities. It was very busy when I placed an order for my pizza. Brian bought my food to my table with with a smile and very little wait.

The pizza was TASTY! Thank you Brian for such a wonderful experience with eating good tasting food. I highly recommend Donatoes!

Hmmmm. I'm still at a loss for words. I gave myself several hours between eating and writing this but somehow I think it just gave me more clarity as to the craft supplies that were meshed together to create a modern rendition of stale, greasy, low grade pizza. The pepperoni was so thinly sliced that rather than claim you had pepperoni pizza, you would call it pizza with a hint of pepperoni or better yet an "essence" of pepperoni. When cooked they were more brittle than overcooked bacon. Now for the crust. Yuck. Premade. Just slap on a thin layer of runny red sauce and a smidge of overly greasy cheese grazing, so sparse that you'd swear they it be esteemed above rare European truffles (without the taste). But in all honesty using their square pizza slicing method the pizza was a brittle as bathroom tiles. When you bit into one of the geometric chunks, the well cooked cardboard like crust shatters in your mouth. Lots of texture...but no one likes to eat shards of glass.
To top this off they swear by their spicy honey drizzle. Yes it's sweet, but it tastes more like corn syrup, mixed with red pepper flakes and natural flavorings. This was so unnecessary. I don't think anything could mask the flavor up cardboard box and cured meat
Just nasty.

First of all the pizza was good. I want to make sure that is understood. The service however was not as great. We ordered online for delivery. The only reason we did that was because nobody at the store was answering the phone. The order went through just fine and we were given a time to expect our pizza. That time came and went by about 15 minutes. At which point we attempted to call the store but still got no answer. The other phone option took us to a "support" person who behaved fairly rudely to my wife.

Eventually the order arrived about 20-30 later than predicted. Then, after we were done eating, we got the email stating that the order was on the way.

Bottom line: good pizza. Bad logistics and customer service.

The food was good - just as I would expect from any Donato's but the management, specifically Heath Baker, was terrible. I had a coupon on the app and was ordering from inside the store and couldn't get the app to work. I asked for help and the girl at the register called him. He was so rude! He started yelling at me and screaming "I ain't gonna give you any free food!!" He berated and embarrassed me - so unprofessional. Heath Baker is the reason that I will not be returning to that store. Love the food but I cannot be treated like that by a store manager.

In addition to the insufficient amount of tomato sauce, I paid for extra sausage on my small 10-inch pizza. There may have been enough for one small chunk for each piece of pizza. It was one of my worst experiences at a pizza place. I had been to this establishment several times before new management took over in July 2022 (as I was informed of some new policies) and had good pizza. What happened??
I am a senior citizen who depends on a walker, so I always choose curbside service when ordering both online or by phone. Since I had only been home from the hospital for one week and I had gone to several doctor appointments that day, I was fatigued and couldn't think about cooking once I was home. The new manager came out to my car without the pizza (?) to inform me his establishment no longer offered curbside pick up (btw they do not have a drive thru). in addition to that his attitude was haughty and this nana was being spoken to as if she were a child being reprimanded. The manager then said he would bring the pizza to my car as a one time courtesy, but warned me it wouldn't happen in the future. I should have left without paying and chosen another establishment with much better customer service! I will not be returning, and advise others to heed my warning. I have made other YELP reviews that are positive, so I am not one to complain about every establishment; I only share my real experiences.
There is no ambiance. What else can I say to warn you?

Horrible. If I could give no stars I would. Our order never came! We called around 6:05 this evening. The rep could hardly speak English and had to confirm our address at least 5 times before he finally got it right. Then, we placed our order which was a very complicated "large thin crust pepperoni pizza" nothing else- no sauces, drinks or sides - simple!! He had to place us on hold multiple times while confirming our order. THEN we tried to pay over the phone and he couldn't take our payment which after multiple attempts we decided it would be easiest yo just pay cash. We were placed on hold again and then quoted a 30-40 minute deliver time.. As I write this review it has been 2 hours so I'm assuming the pizza isn't coming. I tried to call the store multiple times with no answer. I also called customer service and they couldn't tell me if an order was placed or provide a status because all they do is take orders. They then tried to contact the store and were also unsuccessful. Horrible!

Ordered thin, got the "little thicker than thin" instead, yuck. Full order of garlic cheese breadsticks was only half. Didn't get the promised blue cheese cup with the boneless wings..The tomato slices had no flavor. Fail Fail Fail Fail. I tried. Yes, I did double check my receipt but it was after I left. Back to the competition instead. App deleted. Remember, NEVER Tip if you don't check your order, then you can only blame yourself.... The price is too high too, for what you get.

I order delivery thru Donatos. It usually takes about 45 minutes for a delivery. Sometimes the pizza is cold. I always order the veggie with extra cheese. They can never get it right. They always skimp out on the extra cheese!!!
