Domino's Pizza

Have had there pizza on 3 occasions and my wife and I have been ill the last two times.Sorry but will not be using this establishment ever again.

I asked for white sauce lightly on my pizza because I'm allergic to the tomato sauce. guess what I got tomato sauce, Crap, the brownies were good. they really need to read the order. very disappointed. we haven't had pizza over 2 years. thought it would be good. well I won't be ordering anything from dominoes on river Road anymore.

Wait times are brutal. Don't tell me that my order should be ready at 6:30 if it means I have to sit and wait at the store an HOUR to get my food at 7:30. This has happened multiple times now. Everyone working there seems nice and professional, but it clearly needs new management

Bad service and they forgot icing for dessert. Took them 10 minutes to give me my pizza that was ready and manager was staring at my girlfriend

I worked at Dominos for years as both a driver and an insider. I know how long things are supposed to take. Target load time for food is three minutes. On the busiest of days (think Super Bowl Sunday) I've seen load times as long as 15-20 minutes. Twice I've ordered from the River Road location and it's been over an hour before my food even went in the oven. This is just egregious incompetence. There is no explanation for this level of delay other than gross mismanagement. They either aren't staffing enough people or don't have enough equipment to support this location.

All the employees I have interacted with have been great. Nice, professional, and always get my order right. Just a mismanaged restaurant.

It took over 1 hour and at 1 hour the pizza was just in the oven it said at 804 the at 812 it said they just left the store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had Domino's in several years. However, I have been told it significantly improved over the years. Unfortunately, I must disagree.
The Two pizzas were flat, no Sause, lacked toppings, and had no flavor.! I also ordered some hot wings. Little did I know, they don't serve real hot wings. They serve the little Macdonald chi ken nuggets. You get the kid's meal!
Lak Luster Pizza, Sause way below par, lacking toppings, generally poor.
Chicken Nuggets, perfect for a 2 Y/O. Piss poor for an adult. No flavor, no Spice, and conveniently stuck together for a 2 Y/O.
I remember when you had great wings. Now, you can just bottle feed yourselves.

I ordered a pizza and the first one was wrong and came with a burnt pepperoni on coming to find out the issue they were very prompt at getting the other pizza made. but most of the toppings were either just thrown on like 1-3 slices while the other half is pretty much bare and sauceless. Having to wait an extra 10-15min for another half ass pizza. I'm just happy they made me another one

On 4/24 we ordered pastas and sandwiches to be delivered. The instructions were contactless delivery and to leave our food on a chair on the porch. The delivery driver threw our food down in our driveway leaving an awful mess inside of the boxes. The driver never rang our doorbell or knocked.I took pictures of this and then cleaned up the mess. We will NEVER order from this business again. This treatment of customers is completely unacceptable and the driver should be ashamed of himself.

If you want a stress free experience don't order online. 1st their website crawls it's so slow and they keep either forgetting part of the order or giving me something I didn't order. Pizza is good but attention to detail isn't happening. They give you a free pizza with 2 toppings but you've already paid for pizza that was loaded. It's a roll of the dice to see if they cut the pizza through the crust, it's so much fun burning your hands cutting pizza when you just want to eat. Speaking of their website, if you try to review after the order you'll find most of the fields aren't active so you have to call and sit on hold when you should be enjoying the pizza you just spent $60 on. This has happened so many times I'm done with them. You've been warned.

Ordered two pizzas and wings. Pizza toppings were not even at all some pieces had no cheese while others were loaded. The wigs were under cooked and we only got 7. I think for next time I'll order from another place.
