me siento estafada al ver que el día de hoy me acerqué a la tienda de dólar general y no se me hicieran efectivos más de dos cupones para mis dos transacciones en la compra de detergente y terminé pagando más de lo que pensé, y al final una persona me dio para ajustar la cantidad ante mi enojo no me quedó de otra que aceptar el dinero ya era tarde con mi niña andaba y ni modo dejar ya lo alejido hay la verdad no se que le pasa al sistema de la tienda y el cajero muy grosero menos me daba explicación de ello y solo me decía que no que ya tenia todo hecho y solo tres cupones se habían descontado nada más al llegar a casa veo la factura y me da más enojo ver esto que indignacion está y ami que tanto me gusta la tienda y ahora resultan con esto que descaro

Thank you for your good customer service. I believe your name was Bree . I came in on a mission looking for sugar. There was not on the shelves, but I didn't pick up a few other items. When I went to check out you and asked me if I find everything I needed you went above and beyond to go get me some sugar that wasn't put up in the stock yet that was on the pile. Thank you again thank you for your good customer service. We will be back.

I have been going to this store since it opened and have seen employees come and go. One thing I noticed is that the store is ran well as long as management is in the store. As soon as the higher management leaves you have long lines workers talking on the phone in the isle instead of working. High level of stealing happens and people are in front of the store panhandling. When the manager is in the store she does not allow this. The new manager is really good she is trying to turn around the reputation of her store and has taken measures to stop all of the things that dont benefit the store. The store stays clean and they always have more than enough work to do. If they can keep the personal conversations down in front of employees and workers working this store will turn around.

Just moved in the neighborhood. I know the neighborhood isnt the greatest, but saw an AD in the mail about some great deals here. Checked google maps to see what time they close, said 9:00 pm....cool...its 730, I'll head over it's less than a mile. My husband and I decide to go over and it's like 10 mins till 8...the cashier yells out a ten minute warning and to bring your final purchases up to the register.
I was a bit confused, but continued shopping. We wanted to get drinks, and some snack food. The deals and prices were not bad at all.

We go up to the register cause the the guy said we had to, the lady at the register was okay I guess. Doesnt know how to bag. But we loaded back up the cart with our stuff, get ready to walk out and the security gaurd says "you cant take the cart with you"

I'm looking at him probably like a deer in headlights, wanting to say, well why the fuck didnt you say anything before we reloaded the cart?" So we had to take our stuff out and walk to the car which isnt a problem but yall could have said something before we reloaded.

The customer service is poor, the inside of the store was poorly maintained, the hours are apparently not accurate, and not worth coming back to this location. I may give dollar general another chance but elsewhere. Wont come back here.

i know this isn't greatest location but there should still be some kind of level if customer service. Manager (short hispanic lady) is the worst. Same item # on shelf is $3 but receipt rings up @ $4. i wanted more items but she said i'm not refunding your $1 and other rack is still $4. i left all my items at register & will NEVER spend another cent in there again.

Been here twice, costumer service is great the guys who woke here always are welcoming, with a great attitude.

Okay, so let me start out by saying i feel for the staff who work in this store and all the BS they deal with on a daily basis, despite what they go through they still take pride in their jobs and are always so nice to me. This was a brand new store, built from the ground up but due to its location and the people in this area, it went down hill fast. Anytime i come here i get a show, from the same African American man standing outside with a new story as to why he needs change, the multiple run outs ive witnessed with my own eyes, one of which happened while i believe corporate was there because i overheard the girls yelling to get the mens attention, they ran out the store after the guy then the cashier said im happy that happened when they were here so they can see what we go through, to the associates catching people stealing and asking them to leave (its never that simple), and alll the peoples cards getting declined and they have no clue how (its happened 4xs). They go through sooo much, the store looks like it got hit with a tornado, definitely not as nice as it was when it opened but the prices are pretty good and the app is easy to use. I shop here for specific home items like laundry detergent and toilet paper, because of the prices and coupons and the staff members who are nice to me. If you ladies see this, keep it up some of us in the area actually appreciate what you do and worry about your safety!

Love this place. .almost got everything you need... in life an at a good price... things are e-z to locate. . Awesome. .

Both the cashier were so helpful while being busy them self. I got my stuff I needed and got out of there wit in sec's.

The manager sucks so does the customer service. I was in there looking around this morning the only customer they didn't have what I needed, so I continued to walk around looking just to get steps in for exercise. On the intercom it said that I was being recorded and if I needed help ask an employee. I was the only customer and I frequent the store a regular customer if the lazy ass manager would get off her lazy ass she would know me. RECORD ME b***h because I don't steal.
