The past 3 gel manis have barely lasted 3 days without chipping. People are nice but it's not worth the $ or the time. The first one chipped within 2 days, the second one an entire nail peeled off, and the last one chips almost instantly. These are just regular gel nail polish. And one of the three times I was in bed for 2 days sick right after, so I'm not unusually hard on my nails.
They also don't seem to sharpen or replace the cuticle clippers so it always feels like they are ripping skin off versus cutting a cuticle.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sasha E.Albuquerque, NM011Oct 16, 2023
Went in for an acrylic removal and left mortified. My nails were treated so harshly, they are feathered from being nail filed back and forth with vigor, drilled to no end with so many dings to the sides that they look so wonky. They were cut so short because of the dings that I can see the skin under my nail which is also cut now from the intense nail file. The clear coat is all over my hands and not even fully on my nails. There are blobs and missing spots and hair attached to the polish as well.
I called and there was no manager or owner to speak to.
Just overall 1/10 experience because at least they were all kind hearted. But no one offered to redeem this situation even though I was noticeably not happy with my service.
Paid full price and all.
Never again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Avalon G.Santa Fe, NM21910Nov 5, 2022
Ivy does a swift and beautiful job! She delivered exactly what I wanted and everyone there was so friendly. They were upfront with their pricing which I appreciate and they also offer both walk-in and appointments! I've tried other places but they are either rude and pushy, tell you prices after giving you a service or just do a bad job... none of that here! I highly recommend.

After calling several salons to get in Friday morning this place answered and we headed over to be seen right as we walked in. We had 3 people so me and mother in law were doing pedicures & sister in law did full set. We are from out of town and happy to find this place while visiting. Also Sante Fe has some of the best locals as we were chatting it up in there with other patrons...

Needed a pedicure, a nail fixed and a full set for my granddaughter, on a Sunday. They got us in, and got everything finished in an hour! Prices were reasonable, staff was efficient, cleanliness was (not the best). Being from out of town, I didn't want to spend a lot of time - so they exceeded expectations there. If you want ambience, go to a spa, but you won't find one open on a Sunday and you will pay way more. Better reviews than anywhere near our hotel. We recommend for basic services.

Went here for a mani and pedi because my normal spots were all booked when I tried to make a last minute appointment. Was thrilled when they were able to accommodate a Saturday morning appointment. When I arrived, it was nothing special which was fine. They got me into a chair pretty quickly and began probably the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The nail tech went to trim my toes nails and cut down way to short cutting me immediately, I screamed owww and pulled my foot away. She smiled and then continued to do it a 2nd time. Later she tried to file the same area! I'm pretty sure she didn't speak English but apparently she didn't speak the language of humans either. Picking up on pain, discomfort and distress is a universal language. It was also obvious that she cut me as my toe started bleeding. She didn't even acknowledge it, clean it or anything. Eventually she put something on it to stop the bleeding which looked like super glue. Not once did she say sorry or are you okay. She then proceeded to flood the foot bath because she never turned the water off. Water was everywhere and started pooling around the exposed electrical cords to the chair. Eventually when I made a comment about safety, she stopped the pedicure and got towels to dry it up. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing experience. The manicure was much better though. I had a different tech who was friendly and skilled. After this whole experience, I realized I must have left my $30 water bottle there. I called the next day and spoke with the manager who said, I could come check if I'd like. I told him I live 45 minutes away and I didn't want to make the trip if it's not there. His response to my request for him to check was "Sorry we are busy. Uhh we can call you back" and hung up without taking my number. Definitely not going back here! Terrible experience and customer service.

I am done with DIVA Nails-been going there for years because they're close to my house. I am done because their polish is old and they have to add nail polish remover which often times results in a bad finish to my nails. In addition, I have found the nail techs to be rough with me. Yesterday when I told the tech she was hurting me, she laughed-I stated you're hurting me and she lightened up a little. I guess you get what you pay for, but I won't be going back here.

It was very dirty. I don't think any of the nail tools were sterilized. The nail polish on my toes is sloppy. A simple manicure left with hang nails and skin hanging around my cuticles which I had to clip when I got home.I would not ever gotgere again because of how dirty the salon is.

Solid nail salon. Plenty of staff. I never wait more than 10 minutes as a walk-in, but they do take appointments. Throw away liners on pedicure tubs. Metal tools in barber solution. Files and sponges thrown away. Most staff in masks. Half wear gloves. I don't know if they also have an autoclave.

Went for a gel manicure. Asked if they take walk-ins and the guy said yes and directed me to a chair. The woman gave me the available colours which were not many. When I picked the one I wanted she told me that was the wrong one and to pick another colour! Seriously? So I said I wanted the one I chose but she gave the samples back to me and said pick a colour. So I got up and started walking out. She hadn't even touched my hands, but the guy started following me out yelling at me that I owed him for a gel manicure I didn't get just because I sat in the chair for 1 minute looking at colours and being told I picked the wrong one.
Stay well away from this place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
