Came in at 6:00 on Sunday an hour before closing. Finished collecting $150 worth of clothes bring them to register at 6:55 five minutes before closing. Weird no one made an announcement that store is closing in x amount of time. Fine. Get to register just to get told that they're only taking cash right now cuz system is down! They knew this when I walked in and you'd think they would've let me have known when they greeted me that they're accepting cash only! So now not only did I waste my time looking for an outfit I needed TONIGHT but now I have to make another trip back here to pick up my selections and only get 48 hours to come back! This is bogus. If someone would've told me an hour before I came to register I could've gone to bank and pulled out cash but now store is closing and I can't even do that! Reallllly messed up!

I have a coupon that expired 5/7/17 and they told me I could not use it that it had already expired. How does that make sense today is the last day so maybe if I came in 5/8/17 you can say it expired but uh wth?????? Wish I could give them 0.

All of these stores need to be diversified. Its sad that you can receive the business but not hire the people you receive the business from. You can go in any given store and not see 1 black or Asian worker, there needs to be a mixture and not predominantly Hispanic or white. The Scottsdale store in IL zipcode 60652 it might be nice if they didn't profile you, acting as if their working but surround you as you shop very unpleasant visit.

Where's the customer service here? The place is swarmed with employees, and yet when I've been in on several occasion, I have NEVER been greeted. I work in retail- hello ladies! This is terrible "customer service!"

I've also seen the girls playing music on their phone behind the counter while reading texts from a guy to another girl- tacky. Automated machines would provide more of a customer service experience than the girls that work here.

Love Discovery! They always say hello when I walk in and whenever I need help with something are accommodating. Wish they had dressing rooms, but that won't stop me from shopping here!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on multiple occasions. I have been shopping at Discovery for over 10 years, and I have never dealt with such racism and piss poor customer service etiquette ever. I have been to this location on several occasions, 3 times in the past week and have been dealt with in such a disgusting manner that I have to let others know! The first 2 instances I chalked it up to ill-trained employees but I have realized they are just racist, I see people of 1other ethnicities being treated better on every occasion. This treatment has even made me consider never shopping here again! But I will just go to the other locations I am used to.

Only giving it one star because the prices are very good on the clothing BUT the customer service is wack. The employees are such un friendly bitches and I will never return to that location every again.

I had the misfortune of visiting this store today for a return. First off, I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Instead, I had what appeared to be the store manager yell from across the room "Are you returning or looking around". I had no idea she was talking to me since she didn't address me or even say excuse me. After she said it louder I realized she was talking to me so I gave her my bag and went to look around.

I was there with my 2 kids (a 4 year old and 1 year old). We went to go look at the jewelry when my younger child swung at one of the necklace racks. I stopped him after the first time he did it when out of nowhere one of their employees comes out from behind the jewelry stand and RAISES HER VOICE AND STOOPS DOWN TO MY ONE YEAR OLD CHILD that is standing next to me and yells "Can you stop doing that". So Incredibly RUDE. First off, who talks to a baby like that ????? Second off, hes a baby he won't understand you telling him not to do that. If you have any issues with my children, you should address ME not stoop down to a baby to ask him to stop doing that. I told her not to talk to my children in such a way and demanded to speak to the manager.
The manager (Brittnay) told me that she asked her employee to tell me that. Then went on to tell me that I had 21 days to return my item and I was returning it on the 22nd day. There is clearly a huge sign on the counter stating that they have extended returns. When i brought this up to her she proceeded by asking me if my purchase was a holiday purchase.

Anyhow, have been trying to reach the district manager (Mel) since this morning and no luck.

They need some SERIOUS customer service training ASAP. Employees and the manager as well. To raise your voice at a Child, and a 1 year old at that, is BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
