The big retailer was giving me a hard time on installation date and some other work. I came here and noted a similar carpet and the price I was already paying and the price was closely matched, not exact, but close enough. They installed super quick and it looks great. Gave me instructions to properly care for the carpet right for the first 24 hours after install. Don't call for prices, go in.

Terrible customer service. Called to get prices and when I asked if that was the best deal because I got a quote for a lot less around the corner, the guy hung up on me. Wow.
