Garrett did a fantastic job. Our carpet is 23 years old and we haven't always had it cleaned on a regular basis. We've always had cats who have left their marks throughout the years. He was able to remove all the stains. I highly recommend his company.

He was so nice at first pretreated my couch then was very quick and thorough with cleaning! Looks brand new even with two dogs and a child on it all the time!

So glad we found Garrett. Not only are his prices very reasonable, he did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. Most companies recommend that they would take your area rugs in for approximately 4 weeks and each rug would be about $400.00. Yikes are rugs were from Amazon. Cheaper to buy new rugs. Garrett is a very friendly, punctual and honest. Highly highly recommend.

Oh my Garrett is a dream! Over the years I've had many different carpet cleaning companies that I've tried.

We were getting ready to sell our place in Truckee when the real estate agents told us to get the carpets cleaned.

My husband found Garrett and was super happy with the job he did and the price he charged, very reasonable!
He even told my hubby that the reason he started this business is he was shocked at how much other companies were charging
and the sky high pricing.

Recently I had Garrett come over to our home in Reno. He cleaned 2 large sectionals and most of the carpeted area in the home.
I was in shock when he told me the price! Super reasonable! He was here for like 4-5 hours working. The important factor with carpet/furniture
cleaning is how quickly it will dry...this means that the suction part of the machinery is top-notch. All of our furniture did carpets were totally dry the next
morning!

I highly recommend Garrett, he is very personable and I felt comfortable with him in my home!

I've used details 4 times now and will keep coming back to them anytime I need my carpets cleaned. Garrett is responsive and can show up in a very short timeframe.

I like how I can hide a key and he'll come and clean without me having to be there.

He does a wonderful job and doesn't try to up sell any products. It doesn't matter if there are pet stains... same price! His pricing is very reasonable.

Just had Garrett come over and do our Master Bedroom and Stairs. He did an outstanding job. The carpet looks great. He is very professional, and answered all of my questions concerning the process he uses and future care of the carpet. We will definitely have him back again.

Since moving to the Reno/Sparks area in 2008, I have used Details numerous times. Today, Joey was the one to do my carpet. Great kid! On time, walked through what I wanted done, quick to get to work and finished in good time. There is never an "up sell" which so many companies try to do.

I know that if I have a problem, Garrett will be back out to take care of it. Nice to see a locally owned business doing such a great job!

I have no idea if they accept checks as I prefer to pay in cash.

We needed our carpet cleaned in a pinch and he was able to come out (we are a bit out of town) and did a great job with an awesome attitude even with a little random overlap with the house cleaner whom we didn't think would be there.
