Del Taco

I went here to get a Beyond Meat burrito, which they don't have. All the locations removed it from their menus. I asked if they had any vegan options, and they flat-out said No. I was so tired & hungry from driving all day that I didn't even have the energy to push back and work with them to figure out what I could eat. Then there's no way to exit the drive-through once you're there. So I had to wait until everyone in front of me paid and got their food to leave the drive-through. What a terrible experience just watching people get food while being hungry. The best experience for me is Del Taco not ever seeing another dime from me.

Food was very poor quality, lettuce was old and they put big full chunks on my tacos from the middle part of the lettuce.
Tortillas were hardly even cooked, cold and hard.
Not that hard to make sure you are providing good quality food and service.

Del Taco has gotten so bad over the last 10-15 years. They skimp on sauces, cheese, etc. to the point where you have to pay extra just to get it made properly.

Not this del taco - it tastes like eating at a del taco from my childhood. I won't go so far as to say it's on Barstow's level - but it's the best del taco I've had in years. Only miss is the fries could have been fried in fresher oil.

Fri 6/2/23 Went there for the Carnitas burrito and street tacos. They were great small but great.
Service was OK but I wanted sour cream, onions and cilantro couldn't get that right twice
I had to wipe down my own table. We sat there for 45 minutes not once. Did anybody come out to clean tables. Everybody's just milling around in the back. Couldn't get into the restrooms. Either one guy asked if they could open it and they ignored him. This place needs better management

We are extremely disappointed! The two Birria tacos were very good. But... the Birria Ramen was not up to par. I received a 1/2 a cup. The photo on your menus showed a full cup. Went back to question the staff and they said that is what we are supposed to get. That's not fair!!! Noodles are cheap!!! We will never order this again and we are going to put this on yelp! I'm mad for spending $5.79 + tax for a 1/2 a cup of noodles with a little sauce. No bueno!!! I can get a cup of noodles for 25cents. This is a big rip off! I feel very cheated! Should have gotten my money back. We like our Del Taco on Palo Verdi and stearns. They seem to be more professional. This Del Taco seems blahhhh! You need to train your people better! End of rant!

Had the stuffed carne asada quesadilla taco and it was delicious. 2 of those filled me up. They are almost equivalent to a burrito.
If you are counting carbs then keep in mind they use 2 tortillas per taco. . The meat was grilled nicely.

My husband and I came in to eat on Sunday morning April 16th around 11:30. We ate inside expecting a fresh meal rather than going through the drive thru. Our whole meal was cold especially the queso we got with our chips. We had asked for it to be reheated or to get some queso that was actually hot and the young man and the woman working in the front had said that they couldn't do that that if they gave us fresh queso it would be the same cold temperature. I really hope this fast food restaurant strives harder to please their customers.

We have been coming to location for many years. This was the first time i can remember that we were greeted with a welcoming hello.
The entire staff showed such great customer service and teamwork. It's great to know that good customer service is being practiced in this day and age.

Really good if your vegan and looking for beyond meat options! I get the epic call burrito and a side of fry's. Always come here after work

Went there for a quick bite for lunch, the customer service here was awesome... they were bombarded with drive thru orders as well as people at the counter and yet the entire staff was extremely friendly... they were able to get our order out in a time manner and the food was flavorful and filling. Definitely coming back
