DC Livery

I wrote a review for DC Livery yesterday highlighting a less than pleasant experience. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by a representative addressing the issue. I feel confident this was a one off situation, everyone from the company who I've spoken to has been extremely accommodating and I appreciate them working with me to make the best of the situation.

We engaged DC Livery to pick us up at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal after a long cruise and take us home to Arlington. They delivered in every way. Our driver, Asif Ali, was exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful, stopping when and as we needed him to. We will engage them again. Thank you, Asif!

I've used DCLivery several times. Their service has always exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend DC Livery. BTW, don't forget to ask for specials when booking.

Ask them to pick my wife up at Dulles at 1:00 AM. Their driver was there waiting for her outside of Starbucks with a sign with her name on it. Could not ask for more. My wife had a bad tooth ache and driver even offered medical advice. He drove the car up the driveway and carried her luggage to the front door.
Cost was reasonable, service was great, will definitely use again.

DC Livery is absolutely incredible! Starting from the onset of reserving the transportation, to the pick up and drop off, has been nothing short of stellar. I can not recommend them enough. We reserved a limo for brewery tasting all the way out to Manassas. Eco, our chauffeur, was a true gentleman. He was polite and we all felt safe, knowing that he was driving. We are definitely using them again!!

I have used DC Livery multiple times now . Each time the gentleman that took me to the airport was just exactly that - he was a gentleman - not overbearing just cordial. This is my go-to for airport transportation.

I have used DC Livery for about 6 or 7 years for both personal and business transportation to all 3 DC area airports. I have also used their hourly service for various things around town and have never been disappointed. There have been many times I contacted them for last minute service and have never been disappointed. They maintain your credit card on file if you wish and you can e-mail or visit their website and reserve service.

At one point when i traveled often, I would always request they send me the drivers name and cell so I could call if anything in my plans changed like flight delays (which rarely happen :-) ). Their cars are standard i guess, but I have used their executive car, Navigator (needed space for a 6 party lunch meeting), S Series and their Lexus 600 HL. The 600HL was great. I used that car once for dinner because I made a very last minute request to accomodate a dinner meeting. I never use stretch cars, but I can only assume from my experience with their executive cars, they are equally as nice.

The representatives that take my calls are great and are always very accomodating. Maybe once they could not reserve a car for me, but I honestly cannot remember.

If you need a local car service, wait; they actually made a referral once when I was outside of the area. I called and told them which city I was visiting to see if they could recommend someone and they made the recommendation and WOW!!! it was a great recommendation. Now back to what I was saying... They are the best service I have experienced in DC and I use them everytime I travel or just do not want to drive to an event. And I find their fees are similar to other services in the area.

My recommendation, call them before your next lunch or dinner date and schedule a car and enjoy a nice ride around the city and you too will have found a great service.

I found myself in need of transportation to and from Reagan National Airport for vacation. I had a terrible experience with SuperShuttle last year and vowed never to use that service again so after doing a bit of research I discovered DC Livery and could not have been happier. I requested a 4am pickup for departure, Mr. Yousuf arrived early and was very professional and courteous. Upon return I was able to call Mr. Ali on his cell phone to retrieve us at the arrivals area after picking up our luggage from baggage claim. DC Livery provided email confirmations and alerts which took the worry out of the process and again I could not have been happier with their service. Will definitely use and recommend again.

Highly recommended! I used them for a trip from Arlington to NY and could not be happier. Best driver and outstanding service!

Amazing customer service - even emailed us to let us know that a huge snow storm was headed to DC. I was able to get my boss out before it hit!! Thanks, Don - you are one in a million! Will definitely use this service in the future.
