I booked this place for my parents when they came to visit from out of town and was very happy with the experience. The room was spacious, clean, with complimentary breakfast and coffee.

The owners are lovely people who have a beautiful yard and an easy way about them. The woman who runs it had delicious fruit salads and homemade bread each morning for my parents and other guests.

I would absolutely recommend you stay here if visiting the Somerville area.

I stayed in the smallest room, on the third floor, and had a very pleasant stay. The hosts accommodated my arrival time and I was able to enjoy a slice of a delicious homebaked holiday bread, left over from breakfast, upon my arrival. Tea and coffee are always accessible and I appreciated the thought the hosts put into having everything a traveler might need available, from forgotten toiletries to office supplies and a printer. My room was small, but certainly sufficient space for a one night stay. I appreciated having a refrigerator and water in my room (and I like how the hotel is trying to reduce plastic waste). Everything was very clean and comfortable and the location, just minutes walk from the Davis T station, was very convenient. The only thing that would make a very nice stay better would be a more comfortable reading chair in the common room or larger pillows for reading in bed.

Stayed for three nights. Room was clean and air-conditioned. The continental breakfast had a good assortment. The house cat kept us company. The hosts were very attentive and kind.

My wife and I do a lot of traveling and I have to say that we have never stayed in an inn as nice as this one. Comfortable, clean, recently upgraded, and they offer every amenity you can think of, and some that were pleasant surprises. Old-fashioned accouterments right next to up-to-date technology. We travel to Somerville every winter for a film festival and have stayed all over the Boston area, but picked this place because it was so close to the cinema. Super glad we did. We're already booked there for next year! Reading this over it sounds like the owners wrote it themselves, but they didn't. We just liked it that much, and my wife is super fussy.

This sweet inn is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Davis Square T. Extremely clean and nicely staffed with a pretty garden for even extra nice ambiance. Linde's homebaked goods each morning are delicious that didn't repeat my week I was there. Nice tidying up during the afternoon also. Soft sheets also! Other guests were kind, quiet and respectful. We will return!

The inn is not in the photo but this is one view of it's sweet and welcoming garden. The Inn is to the right.

I was initially trying to stay at the Little Room in the Morrison House, but it was all booked. Fortunately, when I called the innkeeper, she told me a sister inn has opened recently! So here I am in the single room yet again.

I love the room - I like the cute picture of ducklings and her mom and the nice size for one person. I also enjoyed playing with the cat at the Inn - I forgot that I was slightly allergic to cats so I had to deal with a few sneezes and a runny nose, but it was still worth it.

The only concern I had was the shower room. I remember the shower at the Morrison House was warm and had a satisfactory pressure, but this one, no - it was weak and so lukewarm that I was shivering and had to get dressed very quickly after getting out of the shower. I hope they could fix that very soon.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in the Davis Square Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. We found the bed very comfortable. The room was small (it was on the third floor and was one of the two lowest priced rooms), but sufficient for us to be comfortable. The room had its own a/c and heat controls, which was great. It also had a nice mini fridge.

The shared bathroom was kept in immaculate condition the entire time we stayed. The Inn has some great outdoor areas, including a patio, which we used for happy hour. Breakfast was more than adequate-yogurt, toast, fruit salad, cereal, and a muffin/baked good each day. The host was great and friendly but not overly intrusive.

The Inn has a cat that lives there. The cat is friendly, but doesn't go in the rooms. My husband has severe cat allergies, but didn't have any issues with the cat.

The location was great for our trip to Bostons-about 15 minutest via train to downtown. Would stay here again if in the Cambridge/Boston area.

Absolutely amazing. The whole property is stunning, it looks like the host is putting in a beautiful garden which you can see from the Cobble Hill room Balcony! The cobble Hill room had a luxurious king size bed, large spacious shower, comfy couch, and our amazing balcony that was large enough for two to do yoga!! You are literally steps away from the Bike trail that will bring you through ethereal woods, and all of Davis sq that has amazing food and drinks galore. The rooms are so well put together, the hosts really have thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked with hard boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, coffee, French presses, and tea, as well as all the serving utensils and plates one could imagine.

This is a lovely B&B with about 6 rooms. Most of the rooms have private bathrooms, but the two attic rooms share. The inn is lovely and clean and the shared bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The house and rooms had air conditioning as well as good WiFi. The breakfast was cold, but very good with high-quality ingredients.

Went to Davis Square Inn for a weekend trip to Boston. It was comfortable, efficient, safe, in a good neighborhood close to restaurants and transportation. Ron was a great host - warm and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
