We've been here about 3 times on Arizona roadtrips. Great place! Clean environment and lotsssss of options: candy, jerky, hot sauce, drinks, etc etc etc.

Great bathrooms.

I came here and got some amazing jerky after Crystal Hill. This place reminds me of Alien Fresh Jerky out in Barstow except with fewer selections. I felt that the cowboy jerky here didn't really match up to Alien Fresh however their jerky is delicious! The jerky here does contain high fructose corn syrup (just an FYI for health nuts).

I highly recommend coming and trying their great jerky. They have a sample station and the workers are extremely friendly and kind.

I was in yesterday bought a few items scanned my card when the lady totalled item
Apparently I was too fast the transaction didn't go through she got upset with me kept telling me to wait now tap
She had to cancel first transaction start over
She was very rude I almost walked out
But I wanted some treats

This little shop is a must if you're traveling through the town. I stopped in around 9am on my way home from Arizona. The selection is great, tons of prepackaged candy and nuts. An entire wall of beef jerky (3 x $30) lots of flavors to choose from, and a refrigerated wall of really cool bottled drinks. Very clean store, friendly employee and honestly some of the softest, most delicious jerky I've ever had! My only regret is not buying more ;)

I still remember those road trips during the 80s when my brother and I were stuffed in the back of the station wagon as well traversed from Northern California throughout the United States. I also remember some of the roadside stops along the way that sold gems, packaged candies, fruits, and souvenirs.

When my brother pulled into Daniel's as a stop between Los Angeles and Phoenix, those memories came flooding back to me. Daniel's
has quite the selection of candies, dry fruits, hot sauces and of course jerky.

The very friendly lady behind the counter was offering samples and I politely declined as I don't eat meat. She chuckled and asked if I was offended. I told her absolutely not and I also told her that I wasn't bothered by some of the light hearted t-shirts and sayings. My brother continued to shop for jerky as I browsed the sauces when I came upon Dave's Gourmet Vegan Bolognese Pasta Sauce.

If there's a vegan option in a non-vegan location, i can find it.

It was superbly hilarious that a road stop jerky and sauce place has jars of Vegan Bolognese

I purchased my jar of Vegan Bolognese, thanked the cashier and ny brother and I continued ti drive to Phoenix.

I was telling my sister-in-the-law the story the following day when I checked the expiration date.

Much to my dismay, it said, 08-08-2022

I decided to call and let the team at Daniel's know that the other jars maybe expired too

I spoke a friendly but very inquisitive woman who said that she would be in contact with the owners and let me know.

It will one week from tomorrow that I was supposed to get a call back. While I like to have my eight dollars refunded, its more important that the expiration dates are checked on slow moving items.

I will update the review if I hear back from the team at Daniels.

Every time the family and I travel back to Arizona to visit family and friends. We always stop here for some snacks, restroom break, and of course beef jerky. The staff is always friendly, asking us where we're headed/where we're from. The restrooms are always clean. If you're ever headed to Az or back to Cali, I would highly recommend checking it out.

I road tripped here because I went to PHX for some spring baseball.
THE JERKY VERDICT: It's pretty good. Not anything I need to check out again. But definitely a cute place if you want to get a taste of AZ candy culture.

The lady working was nice and the store was a goofy and notable part of the trip.

Absolutely a must stop on the way to Prescott to visit family. Say hello to a giant camel before entering a miniature wonderland off the 10. I highly recommend the Bob Ross's positive energy drink or the Whiskey BBQ kippered beef. Cannot beat the sweet staff and munchies selection for the road ahead.

Stopped at this place on our way to Los Angeles from Arizona. We are always down to try new jerky place and this spot claims it's really good.

There are a numerous amount of selections, but the best deal is going for three bags for $27. It is expensive, and that is the one knock I have on it, but it is so good. It's hard not to finish everything in one go. Also, the best part is that they have a testing station. You can test as many jerseys as you'd like to make sure that you are making the correct purchase.

I also have a whole store with other Road trip snack options, and array of hot sauces, and some fun drinks. If you're looking for something cheap I'd recommend going to the gas station but if you're looking for something with a little bit more quality, that comes with a price, this is a great place to start.
