Dali Decals

I have placed multiple orders with this company, and they are really nice to work with. I actually wanted to reorder a particular decal that I had originally purchased in 2012. I painted my kitchen and wanted the same decal, but couldn't find it on the web site. I emailed customer service and they found the original order, and emailed me back right away.

Dali Decals (Robert C. in particular) offers "old school" customer service- professional, friendly and you really feel taken care of. I will for sure order from them again.

I ordered two sets of different decals: quotes and shapes. Loved it! I am addicted to decals now. Love the many many choices and the customs things you can do.

I ordered a custom wall decal. It is very good quality, shipped in just a few days. Outstanding customer service! Hats down.

I ordered a custom decal on Thursday night and had it delivered to my door in California by Monday night. I haven't put up the decal yet, but from what I can tell it looks great. I'm giving Dali Decals 5 stars not only for their product but for their outstanding customer support. Nick stayed late to make sure that my order was processed correctly and ready to ship the next day. He switched the finish from glossy to mat for me based on his recommendation for the type of decal I ordered, then he made some adjustments to the file to make sure it looks good. I highly recommend the service and am likely to order more from them again in the near future.

The person who wrote the other review is an idiot. Free shipping isn't included, but if you purchased $40 worth of decals the $50 groupon still goes toward the shipping costs... which was only $6. These decals may be light as air, but their impeccable packaging is worth the price.

I ordered two sets of beautiful dragonfly decals and I couldn't be happier. They came in the mail so fast, and the company was generous enough to fulfill my special request and even throw in a mini holiday decal. This was my first purchase and definitely won't be my last. I recommend Dali to everyone for all your wall decorating needs, and the package also included installation directions and tools (which Ebay and Amazon do not). I can't get enough of these decals.

The customer service this company has is fantastic! We were looking to have some decals made for our business and every file type that I had for our logo was not a large enough file to be able to be sized properly for decals. I think many companies would've just printed them and ship them and hoped that we'd be happy. Dali Decals was awesome enough to email us and let us know if that with the files we sent with our order, the quality would not be as great as it could be. They have been able to re-create our logo for us in the proper file type which we will be able to use for other things as well. They have been incredibly patient, professional, and helpful in the whole process. We are very much looking forward to receiving our order and ordering many more decals from them in the future (and possibly also some canvas art) for our business. Customer service goes along way. Thank you!!

Ridiculously easy website to use, ridiculously great service. I haven't received the decal yet but I can't recommend them highly enough so far based on service, ease and price.

All these Groupon grumblers..unless it's free and hand delivered by a unicorn, you're impossible to please.

I purchased a Groupon, $20 for $50 worth of items. The decal choices were mediocre but the color selection is vast. The decals are way overpriced in my opinion. The amount of color options was appealing. Due to the pricing of decals, $10 to a few hundred, I was forced to order $54 worth of decals. The site advertised free shipping, but apparently while using the Groupon shipping is not waived. I paid over $10 to ship three decals--these things are light as air. So in essence, I paid $30 for $54 worth of decals, not $20. If I had not bought the Groupon already, I would have definitely gone on Ebay to purchase decals. Duplicitous marketing ticks me off!

The Decals may be cute, but the buying experience was TERRIBLE.

Company mistakenly did not process my groupon and charged me full price. i had to contact them to correct their mistake. Then I had to provide my groupon number 6 times because it was "easier for them to contact me than the other employee" i had just provided it to.

If you are easily frustrated - don't bother with this company. If you really love the design, and are willing to be patient - go for it!

How cute (and slightly disturbing) that you looked up my account based on a first name and location. Did you by chance think of asking Dorene why I was unsatisfied? She's gave me that wonderfully professional little quote above. Although i will fix my review to say that i gave my groupon number 6 times instead of to 6 individuals.

You didn't happen to mention that it took 2 full weeks to get the refund posted to my credit card. And that even though it was your mistake you did charge me for shipping (how cute!)

I'm starting to get aggravated with companies that advertise a deal and when you use your Groupon suddenly they tell you- oh sorry you can't use this on any of our other specials.

I had really wanted a beautiful quote to put over the crib in a nursery for our baby who is due in a month. The decal Groupon popped up and I couldn't resist. However, when I went to use it, it said "sorry you're getting such an outrageous deal with the Groupon that our advertised free shipping for an order over $50 is not valid"

I contacted Groupon for a refund because this is terribly disappointing. LOVE Groupon's return policy that if you're not 100% satisfied they'll give you credit to use towards another Groupon- now THAT is the kind of customer care and service I wish all the companies offering Groupons had.

In any case, after only a small amount of research, I found the exact same quote on another website... for a price cheaper than even the "discounted" Groupon price.... and it included free shipping. I mean, really, the decal weighs like 7 ounces. $7 for shipping? I can mail 3 textbooks for less than that.

I got the decal from the other company and quite honestly I can't imagine that there is any noticable quality difference between the decal I purchased for $20 or the Groupon I purchased for $20 to get nearly the same decal for $50 at Dali. I also wish they let you customize the fonts at Dali, some of them are just too fancy and hard to read. Overall, not impressed with the way they handle their Groupons. And they seem exceedingly overpriced now that I've looked into it a bit more.
