Dale's Lavender Valley

Great lavender farm. Has a great setup to make various lavender products.
The owners are really nice and knowledgeable.
(It is not dog friendly)
Definitely worth the visit.

My grandma Lynn gets her lavender from here and is friends with dale, I've used the lavender before and it great stuff! All natural and smells terrific I will come and get lavender from here in the future

On our way to the beach, we found this beautiful lavender farm. The farm is not far from the main road, so it was pleasant stop along the way. They offer freshly cut lavender bouquets. Awww, the smell filled up our entire car. It was so heavenly. We also visited their small but adorable gift shop area. I picked out a small pillow that was hand sewn by the lady of the household. Dale repurposes weather coats (freshly washed) from the local area and creates lavender bud filled pillows. The results are one of kind treasures. Mine now sits on my favorite chair in the house, and I smell it every time I sit to read a book or knit my current project. The couple who runs it are such a delight to talk to. They are very knowledgeable about how to take care of lavender plants if you have any questions about them. It was such delight to see all the huge bumble bees happily pollenating the flowers while we were there. We even got visited by a huge beautiful yellow butterfly. I felt so at ease by the time we left. Also, they provide a port-a-potty for use if needed. It was the cleanest one I've ever been to in my life. The only thing that would have made it better was providing a hand sanitizer inside the booth, in case you might not have any sanitary wipes in the car. We will definitely be back!
