Had a blizzard and friends ordered shakes and a cone!
Fast friendly super clean.
I will definitely be going back!

Our whole family gets DQ often, at home our place is pretty slow and usually the blizzards aren't mixed well/lacking in the mix ins themselves.

We came in here with a big group, the service was amazing, so kind and patient. They made our orders incredibly fast and EVERYONE in our group said it was the best Blizzards they have ever had: mixed super well and chalk full of mix ins. After our whole group ordered someone even came out to make sure no one got missed and that everything came out well.

We typically go to a different DQ when we visit the beach but we will now make this one our place to go!

The food was okay. The service was bad. Before I could ask for condiments the windows was slammed. I did honk to get their attention and the ketchup.

Ordered two hamburgers. Got 'em at the window. They were both cold. Not lukewarm like McDonald's. COLD and disgusting. This is the best you can do? A monkey can make a hamburger. Did you get these out of the fridge? Oh, and your drive-thru speaker is barely intelligible. If it's equally difficult for you to hear me, perhaps you thought I ordered a
cold burger. If so...you nailed it! Twice! Maybe change the name to the "Iceburger".

I ran inside because my sister has medical issues and felt like she was going to pass out, i told the cashier this and she was very quick and helpful (red hair) while we were waiting for her food Liz offered some snacks she happened to have in her purse and let us have some to give her in the mean time. 12/10 service for every one who works here!!

came for food, not to be harassed.
after ordering through the drive through we began to pull away and hear the cashier say "he sounded like a fag" in reference to my partner. We pull up to the window and was greeted by glares, they forgot an item and over charged us and as we pulled away we were followed by nasty looks and snarky remark. the customer service is embarrassing and I am disgusted that management does nothing especially based on previous reviews.

The view is awesome. The rest is a typical Dairy Queen. All the typical DQ Frazier stuff with a five star restaurant view.

I called this place to order food for my dog and instead of helping me with what I should do, all I got was attitude. then I called a second time and they said "grow up and stop calling" I was polite the whole time and all I wanted to do was get food for my dog!!!

Why the hell is the deflated bun, tomato, and lettuce hotter than the hamburger patty?? I think someone put my hamburger in the microwave for about 8 minutes too long - why are you microwaving burgers anyway?
Btw, time to change the empty CO2 tank, your soda is flat.
Don't even get me started on the lopsided and deformed ice cream cones made here... #retrain

The young man working the front was very nice but the older lady handing the food out was very disrespectful. Definitely not good costumer service. I come here a lot a this is the worst it's ever been
