The people who work at this pharmacy have no idea what they are doing. I have had problems on multiple occasions. On the most recent occasion, I went to pick up my prescription, which I know is covered by Fidelis. First, I get get a text message in capital letters that my Rx is: NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. So, when I get there after being ignored for 15 minutes, she just rings me up for a $80 charge. When I objected, I had to go wait on the line to the right drop off line, and was told that as of December 1st, Fidelis no longer covered my generic prescription because the "manufacturer was not in the formulary". I, of course, asked how this could make sense since it is a generic, and what difference does it make who the manufacturer is. Then they said that they faxed something to my doctor's office to change the prescription to the formulary. When I later called my doctor's office, they never actually received anything. I actually considered changing insurance companies! I called CVS back later that day, and someone else told me very rudely, like she did not have time, that I need to call my insurance company. I called Fidelis, and lo and behold, my Rx is fully covered, and that CVS MADE A MISTAKE! I then put CVS on three-way call, and someone else let me know it now went through. What a waste of time. On another occasion, after I received a text message letting me know to pick up my Rx, they said there is nothing there, because they were too lazy to turn around and look in the bin, I had to go to the line on the right for drop off. Turned out that time, that they had two accounts under my name. I found this out at the drop off line to the right. Apparently, this is what they do. They will tell you to wait in a different line, or to call someone else because they are incompetent at filling prescriptions. I am glad it was not a life or death situation, or I would have been in trouble. Everyone needs a pharmacy that you can trust. This is not the place. They have more attitude than intelligence.

Do yourself a favor, pick a different CVS. The staffs are rude, they will make mistakes in entering insurance info, and make you come back multiple times, and wait in those wonderful long lines. Again, rude staff, under staffed. Won't come here again.

Horrific pharmacy. After being a customer for over 20 years, I have decided to go elsewhere. Medications were cold in two days prior from the hospital after surgery. I called the pharmacy to confirm that they had the prescriptions and the employee told me that they were received and filled. Upon my discharge from the hospital, we went to get the medications and none were completed. Had to wait over an hour for them to be filled and the following day I had another issue with another prescription not being filled. It takes at least 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Poor management and horrific customer service. Go to Walgreens!
