Without a doubt, the WORST CVS in the country. Never go through the drive thru without some ass-clown in front of me insisting on getting their script filled while they sit in their fat can in the car in front of me. It got to the point where I had to switch pharmacies because this one was so inept. Didn't realize until it was too late I'd booked my COVID booster here and of course here I sit, waiting for over 10 minutes now after checking in and no one has even acknowledged I exist. I shouldn't have wasted my time, so this one's on me but FYI, service inside the store is just as nonexistent as it is going through the drive-up. Had to leave before they ever came to administer the shot.

Nice but the pharmacy techs need to take a refresher course on patient care. Pharmacists are wonderful!!

My issue is with oneof the techs who starts yelling at me all the time. Put on hold without asking. Depending on the day and her mood. She doesn't understand basic kindness or needs a refresher course in patient care because I should not have to explain why I need something or if I have a question only the pharmacist can answer. This is when I'm calling in. People are often in pain and stressed out when needing their medication and that is my gripe. I'll still go become it's been a long time with this store. I had 3 major issues going in at the same time medically so it was upsetting.

I know most CVS's seem the same, but this one stood out because of the great customer service. I had a coupon on my phone that couldn't be scanned, so the sweet, innovative young lady with rainbow braids had me send the coupon to her phone, then she printed it out at the photo booth so I could use it! Wow! It saved me a bundle, 25% off and I even earned enough CVS rewards for this free, nifty make-up bag loaded with goodies inside ($15.00 value)! Score!! Thx CVS, for restoring my faith in customer service!!

The drive through is HORRIBLY SLOW. I've tried to get my prescription 3 times now, each time giving up after 10-15 minutes in line with not a single car moving. Asked the pharmacist about it and she was beyond rude. The worst CVS drive through I've ever been to

Pharmacy is consistently understaffed. I feel bad for the people working there as I know they are trying but hire some more people, you're more than busy enough. It's always busy at this pharmacy.

This complaint is regarding the CVS inside Target on Forest Hill. It so unfortunate that this location is now CVS. I loved this location prior to its change. The customer service went out the door. The attention to detail and taking the time with the customer is out the door. I've been going to location over 10 years and I'm done. This location will lose my business over $17.00 their mistake.

The drive thru pharmacy literally took 45 minutes. I would have left if my car wasn't trapped into a lane

Would give 0 stars if I could . Extremely dysfunctional. No one ever working drive up window- people at counters take forever to process people in line for drop offs that should take minutes . Do not give this place your business for prescriptions- especially if you are in a hurry.

The pharmacists and techs here are wonderful. But corporate keeps cutting back on staff hours and lately they've been short-staffed. I feel sorry for them because they try so hard, but you do sometimes have to wait a little while at the drive-through.

Horrible wait times. At times 3-4 hours to get a simple Rx filled. They don't offer any other solution (such as another CVS with less wait time). Do yourself a favor and save time by going to another pharmacy.
