Stunningly unprofessional to prevent customers from shopping at the store just cuz you decided to start your end-of-day chores way before closing, but that is what was done by two bitter older ladies working on Saturday Aug 28 at 8pm. ...
Just passing thru town on a multi-state roadtrip. Needed one thing. When I saw this CVS that might carry what I was looking for, I said "THANK GOD" but after a surreal interaction w these two, I left empty handed, shaking my head, saying, "DEAR GOD" .Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Robert C.Jacksonville, FL1718May 6, 2022
Walked in was going to use restrooms but they said closed ... not legal to not have restroom facilities for employees. Got what I needed, went to check out. Waited several minutes by the register, no employee to be seen. Left merchandise on counter and left. In other words, typical CVS.

CVS in Hawthorne, "The town than time forgot". The store is clean and the front store employees are nice. However, the Pharmacy section is little backwards/behind the modern tech: I dropped a simple prescription for my eye on Monday Dec 2, the said they have to ordered and will be ready on Tues evening. We knew how small/slow the town is, so we give them an additional day to have the prescription ready today Wed Dec 4. I went to pickup the prescription this morning around 1130am. One of the pharmacist workers told me that they do not have and they can't get the prescription any longer (WTF). They should have call me on Tues and notified me that they couldn't get the prescription filled. So now I will have to go to Walgreen's in Gainesville and take care of business. What a waste of time, lucky it wasn't an emergency. These CVS is the same store that they want to charge me $45.00 for a flu shot a few months ago, Walgreen's did it for free under Tricare. I guess the Circus is in town forever.

Smack dab in the middle of no where, and by no where I mean 301 in some small town I've barely heard of on my way to Georgia via back roads. The store was clean, the staff was courteous and the bathrooms were organized. They still had Valentine's clearance out too, and it's nearly 2 weeks later. Have to love 75% off chocolates!

I've worked in Pharmacy for years. I had a prescription sent in to this location, unfortunately. I checked the app to see where it was process wise. It was on Hold. Meaning, not being processed, just sitting on my profile not being filled. When calling in, they asked if I needed it filled, clearly, that's why it was sent in. I have severe nausea, and am unable to hold food down this pregnancy, so I'm in need of it. The woman then tells me and I quote, "Your Insurance doesn't cover it, but it'll be..." I know my insurance covers name brand, hints why I had my DR put DAW1 on the escript. It was recently at a small town pharmacy but they couldn't order the brand through their cardinal. So when I stated that and asked if they took my insurance, she said no. So not only did she provide false information, she also tried to sell me a script by cash price instead of telling me CVS isn't contracted with my insurance. They definitely don't train Pharmcy Technicians like they used to.
