CVS Pharmacy

You know what would be great? If they answered their phone during business hours. I have a simple question that is not addressed by the completely useless automated system and I can't get through on the phone. So now I have to go down there in person on my bike, in the rain, when I'm sick.

The service at this pharmacy is deplorable, even by CVS standards.

Joel is so professorial and care about the feeling of patient when i do the flu shot and vaccine.

I've noticed improvements since I wrote this review so I added 2 more stars. There was more staff working this time when I went and there wasn't such a long line. Also they started answering the phone which I appreciate. Thank you.

The line is always WAY too long. Understaffed and unusually slow. Most the time only 1 lane is operating which always gets tied up. CVS staff your pharmacy better. I'm not coming back.

You can feel how short-staffed this place is. I feel bad for the employees here, as everyone seems stretched thin. The automated refill phone system also hasn't worked for me and sometimes it will say my prescriptions are "ready," but then they won't be filled until I'm there in person.

Sullen, totally not customer oriented Pharmacist there with initials IL. I will never go back.

They really need to hire more staff. The people are nice and work hard, but they are so understaffed it's embarrassing. The automated phone system doesn't work. I've been on hold for over an hour just trying to see if the prescription will be ready for pickup because the line is often an hour in person only for the prescription to not be ready.

GREAT customer service! I have been here several times, as the location is close to my office, and they are covered by my insurance. The folks that work at this CVS are always professional, super friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I've been getting my vaccines there as well.
