Cuticles Nail Salon

I've been coming here for a while now. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly. Never have a complaint about the quality of work.

Do not like this place @ all, all the women were very rude & treated customers as if they are a burden. They are not about running a nail salon @ all.

I called and spoke with the owner/manager of the salon about purchasing a gift certificate for my mother as a gift. She said she was with a customer and would call me back as soon as she is available. I waited two days and called her back. She remembered exactly who I was and again said she was to busy and would call me back. Here it is 10 days later and she still hasn't got back to me. I understand she is busy with clients or maybe she just didn't want to help me with the gift certificate seeings how I live in California. At least tell me straight and say no she wouldn't be able to do it instead of stringing me along for days. I had to figure out another Mother's Day gift that won't get to her in time. Thank you cuticles nail salon.

From the minute I walked in for a manicure and pedicure, I was treated as a huge inconvenience. My toe nails were cut too short and uneven, which for my last pedicure for the winter was thoroughly depressing. Not to mention painful since some nails are too short.
My manicure was rushed much like my pedicure and my nails were cut too short on some too long on others. Not to mention there is absolutely not shape! I also have to mention the nail color was put on so poorly I'm convinced this will not last long at all despite the fact that it's gel.
I wouldn't waste your money here just based on poor customer service never mind the poor quality.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Very poorly treated, I'm almost postive the owner is bipolar! My nails have chipped, are uneven, and one nail broke. I was guarenteed at least 2 weeks of nails that nothing would happen well that was false. My nails we're not as short as I asked for and its awful for only having my nails done a week today. Staff and owner should practice customer service and not assume everyone wants the same nails. Will NOT BE GOING BACK, finding another nail place as we speak.
