slow delivery and food mediocre, an hour and forty minutes even though theyre less than a mile away from me...

I know "fried chicken" is in the name, but did you know they have burgers? Like, real burgers. With bacon, even! Real bacon! And they're cheap!

For the same price as a Big Mac or Whopper or whatever other trash burger is being offered, you could have a real burger with real bacon and real tomatoes and real lettuce.

I guess the chicken is fine, but damnnnnnnnnn that burger.

This restaurant has permanently been shut down, and it deserves to be that way. The food was poorly handled by an Indian family who could care less about the Black community they are supposed to be serving. The fried chicken would be hard as a bone, meaning that they would leave out food for sale for hours. No one wore gloves and employees would touch slices of pizzas with their bare hands and continue touching the register, the handles of a spatula, whatever. The employees would argue with the consumers, most of whom were Black, for pointing out what is wrong. But what is more shocking is the violations associated with the building it is located on. There were 39 open violations according to the HPD.

Not a big fan greasy food mad gave me the 24hr bug.I had the chicken patty with onion rings.wasnt feeling it at all and neither did my stomach

Very clean. Fast service. Tasty chicken.
Other than that it's your basic, everyday chicken spot with a little more variety.

I try to support small businesses in my community, which is why i'm giving an undeserved second star. This review is really for the management of this restaurant. I just received 15 dollars worth of inedible food. Here are the problems: a buffalo chicken salad which is truly disgusting. First of all, the entire salad is warm, which says to me that you don't refrigerate your produce. It should be warm chicken over cold greens. The chicken is dark meat, slimy and seems undercooked. I gave it to my dogs after one bite. And you have chopped this salad to the consistency of baby food, which makes me feel like there is more nastiness than just slimy chicken (as if that weren't enough!) hidden in this soggy, scary mess. Next: onion rings (or should i say bread crumb rings?) The picture on your menu shows batter-dipped onion rings. What you delivered are bread crumb rings. Not so unusual, but to lure the consumer with a picture that in no way resembles what you deliver is just wrong, dudes. just wrong. And finally...mac and cheese which is completely flavorless.

everyone loves Crown Fried Chicken, and no one expects anything more than cheap, tasty, supremely unhealthy food. What you delivered is insulting. I'm so mad at myself, because i'm very broke and just wasted 15 dollars, thinking i would get two meals out of my order. But this food is going in the garbage. sigh.....

I think i'll take that second star away. it might make me feel better.

Worst service ever. Management even yelled at us after failing to show up with delivery food two hours after we ordered. He was rude and insulting, and I will never ever ever ever ever spend money here again.

Very nice and clean always fast and friendly. Quick delivery service. One thing I love is they pay attenion to your order and don't mess up. They have a lot more options then most chicken spots the quesodias and salds are great
