Came here 13 months ago after I shattered my iPhone screen. Received great, friendly and fast service back then.

Fast forward to this week, when I dropped my darn phone again. Screen seemed fine, but light was shining through on the edge. So here I go again, bracing myself for the replacement costs of the screen, which was so not budgeted for. But guess what? The fixed it for FREE under warranty, despite it having been 13 months ! How AWSOME is that?

Definitely recommend for all y'all's phone screen fixes. Takes about an hour, and they are also Apple authorized.

Amazing service! I had an appointment at 1:30 and I asked if I could come in sooner they said no problem! I had a piece of my charger stuck in my iPhone 12 Pro Max charging port! And they got it out for me in 40 mins. They were supper sweet and even came up with a game plan if they could not do it. I highly recommend them! And definitely will be going back for any phone repairs!

Bought this phone last month from them. My screen has completely shattered twice within ONE month (yes with a screen protector they sold me and placed) they also broke my ear piece during the first screen repair and I now have to use my phone solely on speaker. I also had to pay for the screen repair.

I broke my husbands Surface 3 screen.
Microsoft doesn't do screen replacements even on perfectly working computers, but this place does! They were friendly, fast and did a great job. It only ended up being a little over 200$. Which is way better than what microsoft was offering, which was almost nothing. If i ever crack my phone I am defiantly coming back here.

Katie is the bomb.com. She helped me get all 5 of my iPad Pros protected on short notice. I would highly recommend CPR to anyone. I've been a customer for years and they never disappoint.

I went here today to get my screen fixed after dropping my phone- initially when told the price I called other places, and quickly found out that it was on par with market rates. What won me over was that they could have it back to me in an hour, and offered a warranty as long as there was no water/screen damage. Once I got there, the guy working was super helpful and upfront. So far, the screen works well! If there's no update that means it stayed that way. :)

*Also- they told me upfront that the Face ID is difficult to fix and would probably not work even after the screen was repaired as it had broken in the drop. I was okay with that. Guess who's Face ID works again now?!

I got my phone screen replaced here about a week ago and the cashier was clear with me that any physical damage was not under warranty. That being said, my phone should not completely shatter from a half-foot slide from my lap to the floor. I have a case on and everything. They offered me half off to replace the screen which would be 60 dollars. I am a single mother who works full-time and goes to school full time. I am not willing to give you guys any more money for doing the job right. I also have a toddler running around and it would be a shame if he cut his finger on your crappy glass. Please contact me as soon as possible to get this replaced.


Update - store owner emailed me back about this issue. Did not resolve my issue what-so-ever. He left me with "if you had bought a phone case from our store then I would replace the screen for free but you didn't". Why do I need to purpose extra stuff from them after spending 117 on the repair? I messaged back telling him that I am not asking for anything free, I have no problem paying the 15-20 dollars that the screen costs them to purchase but I will not spend 60 dollars.

Me and my husband went there in an weekday afternoon. There were around 5people inside, so I was like, oh no, probably have to wait for a while. Nope, the service is fast. We were in and out around 15mins!

The guy who helped us was super nice, patient and kind. The headphone jack was acting weird and he helped us check and clean with no charge. He said there is nothing wrong with the headphone, and only three small pieces of dust inside. He also gave us a headphone jack connection cable to see if it's gonna be easier to use (we use the phone to connect the square). And you know what!? It's free! He didn't charge us that either!
Really cool and awesome service! You can call head and tell them what problem of your phone and they will check if they have the part for you! We did call and was glad we don't need to repair anything! They won't force you to change or replace anything if you don't need to!
