A couple of years ago I refinanced from an adjustable loan into a fixed, but paid the price in points. My CPA recommended that I refinance again to get back some of the points on my taxes.

I went online to Quicken Loans and entered my information to receive a quote. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through the hassle of refinancing again so I didn't take it any further.

Justin started sending texts and email and calling me to ask if I wanted to move forward. He wasn't pushy at all, just made it clear that he wanted to help.

On a Friday, I heard the rates would be increasing the following week, so I gave Justin a call. He immediately jumped in and locked the rate over the weekend, so I was not only going to save on my taxes, my rate was reduced more than a quarter point.
