The owners are really nice people. The burgers are good. Unfortunately that's about it
The rest of the menu is bland, booring, greasy food. Waitresses, other than owner are terrible. Some homemade food with fresh vegetables would be a welcome changeHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Frederick R.White Plains, NY706461Oct 29, 2015
Not impressed.
My parents like it, but they are much older, and I believe their taste buds are burned out.
My meals here have been nothing short of below average. Horrible staff, especially the "waitress", if you can call her that.
Changed their menu, in not a good way either.
So, will avoid this one like the plague.
Thankfully, now closed. Must be because it sucked.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - A C.North Haven, CT90297385Sep 22, 2014Updated review
I came here after a satisfying dinner over the summer with a friend everything was FRESH, albeit limited, but made with love and served with a smile. Tonight I went in for a pie and realized the menu was totally different (not in a good way) and all the ingredients were CANNED OR FROZEN. I decided to give it a try anyway. The pizza itself was rubbery, the sauce tasted like it came from a can, and the cheese was flavorless. Then the pizza chef said "well, sometimes you can't tell fresh from canned." That's never a good sign. A chef knows exactly the difference between fresh and canned. Another Greenville shit hole. That's the problem up here, people don't know or don't care.
I actually have a stomach ache after trying the pie we got to go.
I'll never go back. And you shouldn't even bother. Go to the Italian place on the other side of town. At least they make their own sauce.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jul 19, 2014Previous reviewWent back. I was served canned olives after being assured they were fresh. Rubbery little vile tires floating in my pasta. The sauce was INCREDIBLY oily. The chef, in an attempt to be chatty, told me he knew it was too oily but he served it anyway. I don't get it.
May 13, 2014Previous reviewWhen I walked in I was skeptical. A cafe in Greenville? It must be 1) terrible 2) unprofessional or 3) filthy. I am pleased to say I'm wrong on all accounts. You walk into a spotless dining room with a gleaming wooden counter and when you order you get home-made fresh food with a smile. The chicken chili had actual junks of green chili in it! It wasnt the gloopy mess like most places around here serve. This spot is great and is desperately needed in the food wasteland of Greenville. I hope they thrive! One little thing, their sign is really hard to read because the logo is so busy; you have to keep your eyes peeled. A simpler sign with fewer chrome details would be nicer and easier to see.

I did not have a good experience there. Food was nothing special, along with staff who took their sweet time with even coming to take our drink order. Not a fan!

So so diner food, an d really undrinkable water, ice tea, or anything else made with the water. I hope the foul taste is just from minerals!

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. In the first week of business I ordered take-out (that was cold). The fries were placed in a plastic container when steaming hot so they were soggy when I got them. There is no heat (and if there is, the vent in the kitchen blows it all out the window, literally). They don't know how to handle split payments (you are a restaurant, come on). And you will leave smelling like grease.

Amazing! I brought my 4 year old daughter here for a cheeseburger a few weeks ago and needless to say she devoured the entire thing and the fries were simply amazing! I haven't had fries that tasted so delicious in years! My fiancé and I stopped there last night for a quiet dinner without the kids. We ordered the chicken parm and the special which was Swedish meatballs over egg noodles. They both came with a salad which was delicious...not your average restaurant house salad of oversized pieces of lettuce, tomatoes and onions...this salad was delicious perfectly crunchy pieces of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, black olives and roasted red peppers sprinkled with cheese on top. It was absolutely amazing! The chicken parm was a huge portion and needless to say I needed a take home box and can't wait to eat it for lunch today! The Swedish meatballs were cooked to perfection and a nice taste for something different in this small town. The wait staff was nothing but smiles and amazing at what they were there to do, not your typical waitresses. Needless to say we will be going back for sure...especially when the big cooker is going outside! All in all it was a relaxing experience and is exactly what this small town needed!

My husband took me here for my birthday, it was shortly after they opened. We were so excited to have a new restaurant in Greenville, however, we will never go back there. The service was terrible, as was the food. I ordered fish and rice, the server brought me fish and french fries. When I questioned the substitution she informed me they were out of rice, but never told me or gave me a choice for something else. They forgot our salads, which we waited for over 1/2 an hr to get "to go". my fish was "off" tasting. For the money, we get a MUCH better meal at VinceAnna's or Hollowbrook. Do not waste your time here, they are completely unorganized and rude.
