Conway Nail Bar

I will start by saying my nails looked decent once everything was done, but they charge for every little thing at this place. I was told it would be $45 and by the time it was all said and done I payed close to $75 (with the tip). I just got tips and dip. They charged for the removal of my old dip polish, which is ridiculous to me.


The guy cut me pretty badly. I just wasn't that impressed. Also the staff didn't talk and was all sitting around listening to videos loudly on their phones. Since I was cut, I was thinking he would compensate me in some way but I feel like he charged me more for the time he took to care for my nail.


Review 2 weeks later: the nails only lasted like a week and a half. I will say I'm rough with my hands but that isn't acceptable and they last at other salons.

I tried nail bar bc my lady that does my nails was unable to see me at short notice. The manicure took chunks of skin off. My cuticles are swollen. I pray I do not develop a staff infection or else I'm going to the health department. This is not hygienic to take a basic whole layer of skin down past the epidermis, which is our defense against pathogens.

I went 4 different times to try and give this business a chance but each time it was awful. They rush through and the quality suffers for it.

I've came here before I had a good experience, but this time was not the best. My nails look awful. They look like they didn't try very hard. They were in a big rush to get us out. I went with a friend and her nails are not the way she wanted them either. Their register was not working as well and they didn't have cash. If you come here make sure you bring the exact amount!!

Unfortunately Kim is the only good nail tech at this location and her availability isn't very open.

I was pleased with my mani/pedi.I highly recommend Dior. He delivered a quality product. Pleasant, relaxing & very clean salon. I made a return appointment. Try them & you will be satisfied. Glenda

I've been looking for a new nail place in Conway, and I think I've found it! I get a lot of anxiety from getting my nails done, because I always feel like I don't know the terminology and worry about having bad social interactions because of it. This place was amazing. They gave me exactly what I wanted and for a really good price. I got a complimentary Sprite and 25% discount on my first visit. The facility is also super gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers. There was no forced conversation -which is especially important for me. I hate having to sit through an awkward small talk conversation. The music was pleasant and front desk was super nice. I was a walk-in and only waited for maybe 2 minutes, but they also do appointments. Love my nails!!

The past few times I've been they have been nothing but rude! I will ask for something super simple and it can't be done! I just wanted my nails to be polished to the edges but when I asked I was immediately told no. No? You mean to tell me I payed $60 for my fingernails to look like they're floating. Front desk lady is also rude and won't give any thought towards a customer who is having an issue.

service was quick and I was not hurt when they put on nails but they overcharged for the type of nail I received a French tip was charged $85. Not only that but one of my nails is crooked and the edges of nails and design are uneven amongst the nails.

I only recommend Ann or Andy at this salon. They are focused and detail oriented they aim to please the customer. Unfortunately the other 3 I have used were sloppy and not attentive to the customer. Distracted workers.
